When checking in, the front desk staff were incredibly attentive, warm, and thoughtful. They even upgraded us to two lake-view rooms, making this one of the best value-for-money hotel stays I've ever had. On the day of check-in, we also received complimentary welcome fruits, milk, and drinks, which was a very thoughtful touch. The hotel's breakfast, as always, offered a rich variety and tasted great, especially the fried rice and chicken soup – it was delicious! Thumbs up for the hotel's excellent service! 👍👍👍"

The master bedroom had a total of four wall-mounted heaters, one of which was broken, causing the room to feel damp and musty. However, it's undeniably family-friendly, especially since kids love the private hot spring. Taking a hot spring bath with a child is indeed very convenient!"

The bathroom facilities are also well-equipped, with a stable hot water supply and good quality toiletries. In terms of service, I have to give a huge thumbs up. The hotel staff are all very warm and friendly. Both check-in and check-out processes are quick and efficient. They also proactively offer travel advice and assistance, making your trip much smoother. Regarding the price, it offers great value for money. Among hotels of a similar standard, the Qingmu Hotel's prices are relatively reasonable, meeting the needs of different budgets.
