"The software was great, but the room was incredibly noisy with poor soundproofing. A couple in the next room were arguing, and they woke me up at 2:30 AM. The man was extremely agitated and might have a history of sexual misconduct; he couldn't control himself and was even banging on the table. This is the worst soundproofing I've ever experienced in a hotel. I hope you can reinstall the soundproofing. I'm back with a terrible headache from lack of rest, and my nerves are starting to hurt. I strongly advise anyone needing rest not to stay here."

"The hotel is older but they keep it clean and it's paradise for children. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is simple. The dinner is very delicious. The hotel is right next to the hot springs 👍We will come back for sure."

"The hotel environment is lovely, like a natural forest oxygen bar. The interplay of light and shadow is stunning, making it incredibly photogenic, and it has a peaceful, zen-like feel. What really impressed me was the private hot spring tub; it's huge and fills up quickly, so you can soak whenever you like. The butler service was excellent, and all the staff were very friendly. We were here for a reunion with old classmates, and we had a comfortable stay and a great time."

"This hotel has a good location near Chaohu Lake, providing beautiful views while still close to the city. The breakfast selection is decent, though the breakfast area got crowded during peak times. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist. However, the rooms can be a bit noisy, and some of the outdoor facilities are in need of maintenance, which slightly detracts from the overall experience. Ideal for a short stay, but a few improvements would enhance comfort. Taller travelers will feel the beds are too short."
