"The hotel is located in a very quiet area and it''s quite convenient close to Hefei. Verry good option for relaxing during the weekends, specially because of the many pools. The food in the restaurant is very delicious and the staff is nice. Even though needed renovation, I would definitely go back. My husband forgot his jeans at the hotel and Roger kindly has sent us by express and even hasn't charge me. The hotel really delights customers with this kind of attitude. Thank you to all the staff~~~"

"The room was clean and tidy, with a stylish decor. I was quite satisfied with the trip. The whole place was also smart enough; the curtains, lights, air conditioning, and TV could all be voice-controlled. There was also a lake view. The only downside was that we went to bed late. We arrived at the restaurant at 9:25 am, and by 9:30 am the staff had already started clearing away the remaining breakfast items. Of course, breakfast ends at 9:30 am, so it's normal that they were clearing away the leftovers. However, it felt a bit impersonal, as we were still eating; it felt like they were rushing us. Otherwise, everything was great!"

"The villa was spacious, but very old and dirty with strong humidity and mould smell. Stained carpets, lot of dust everywhere. Needs deeper cleaning and the floors need renovation. No room service during our stay ( no water& toilleteries refill). The hot tub was filled after we arrived and there was no water change during the stay, so the water got cold and very dirty from falling leaves- we needed to make the water change by ourselfs. The swimming pool in the hotel was opened only in the afternoon. Breakfast buffet ok, but very little cheese, no ham/bacon, poor variery of bread. Not worth the money!!!"

"This hotel has a good location near Chaohu Lake, providing beautiful views while still close to the city. The breakfast selection is decent, though the breakfast area got crowded during peak times. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist. However, the rooms can be a bit noisy, and some of the outdoor facilities are in need of maintenance, which slightly detracts from the overall experience. Ideal for a short stay, but a few improvements would enhance comfort. Taller travelers will feel the beds are too short."
