The overall cleanliness was decent; on the first day, I requested cleaning before heading out, and my room was tidied up by the time I returned. My biggest complaint is how incredibly small the room was. I've never stayed in such a tiny hotel; it barely fit two beds with just enough room to walk. There was no desk, only one chair. The facilities were very old and run-down. The wall outlets were so loose that my charger wouldn't even stay in. The air conditioning would turn off shortly after being switched on, requiring me to get up and restart it every time. I couldn't tell if it was broken or intentionally set up that way. Luckily, it wasn't cold during my stay, so the AC issue wasn't a major problem."

The bathroom and everything else weren't clean either; there was even a dried insect corpse wrapped in a bath towel 🤮. Facilities: The facilities are old and don't look like they belong to a hotel built only 3 years ago 😓. The underground parking garage signage is unclear, making parking inconvenient. Service: We were told by phone that a butler would be assigned to us, but no staff member ever contacted us, even upon departure. Hours after checking out, they even called to ask if we had checked out. The management is chaotic. Environment: We booked a room with a view, and the spot for watching fireworks was quite good."
