"This is an apartment-style hotel, and I booked a family suite. The second floor of the duplex was incredibly low, making it feel very cramped. In terms of cleanliness, it seemed passable at first glance, but it didn't stand up to close scrutiny. For example, there was a lot of dust accumulated on both sides of the bedside table on the second floor, clearly indicating inadequate cleaning. The room was supposed to have a refrigerator, but upon opening it, I found it was moldy, which was unpleasant. The most surprising thing was the service attitude – I haven't encountered anything this bad in a long time. When I checked in, I turned on the air conditioning, but after more than ten minutes it wasn't cooling much, so I called the front desk. The air conditioning technician came quickly, but he spoke loudly and impatiently as soon as he entered. We explained the problem with the air conditioning, and he just said dismissively, "It'll be fine if you run it for a while," repeatedly emphasizing, "You can check out or change rooms." His attitude was truly speechless; is this the service a hotel should provide? The air conditioning worked for more than half an hour. I won't be coming back."

It's a great choice for both business trips and leisure travel, highly recommend!"

"My kids absolutely had to have a private hot spring room, so my wife, kids, and I chose this hotel's pool room, and it was incredibly satisfying! Driving here was convenient, and parking was free. The hotel staff, especially the ladies, were fantastic – very enthusiastic. Check-in was smooth, and we were escorted to our room. Soaking in our private pool on a sunny winter afternoon in Changsha was wonderfully warm and comfortable. The design was excellent, perfectly balancing privacy with great views while we bathed. In the evening, the three of us gathered around a charcoal stove to brew tea; my wife and kids had a blast and drank contentedly! The room's super-large bed was very comfortable, effectively relieving fatigue – I'd call it a real vacation. Standing on the mountaintop in the morning to admire the scenery and sea of clouds was truly beautiful, and even eating breakfast in the room, we could still take in that magnificent cloudscape!"

Weiyejia Hotel (Shuiduhe Subway Station, Wanjia North Road, Changsha)

"The room itself was okay, but not soundproof. The people living next door were making noises until 1 or 2 a.m. for some reason, which affected my sleep quality. I woke up in a bad mood. Breakfast ended at 9:30, and we went down to eat around 8:30, but there was nothing left. The man serving noodles by the window was extremely rude. If you didn't know better, you'd think someone owed him more. I asked him if he could give me more noodles (because they were so little, not enough for the kids), and he scolded me so early in the morning. He said he'd given me more, but the people behind me didn't want to eat anymore, which really made me feel even worse. There were only a few types of breakfast, and we were already out of food before we were full. The person in charge kept making excuses, saying that if we prepared too much, it would be wasted and thrown away, and that the people before us took too much, so they wouldn't prepare more breakfast. It was also quite confusing. Breakfast is served in the hotel lobby."

They also have a lot of entertainment options like KTV, foot massage, and a pool hall! The room's bathroom and toilet are separate, with a dry/wet partition. The room has its own hairdryer, and the bed linen and covers were spotless – not a single stain. The 'Xiao Du' smart assistant by the bed is so handy; you can just say a command to easily turn off the lights, close the curtains, turn off the TV, or adjust the air conditioning."
