"Loved it! We stayed for 5 nights at the Loft room (biggest room with own outdoor kitchen) Jey is the owner and a former Canadian now Panamanian was an awesome host. He replied to any requests in WhatsApp within seconds including when at Casa Swell. The accommodation was clean and comfy bed, the pool was a good size clean and added to the awesome vibe. The outdoor kitchen and hang out space (Bijou or similar wording) was welcoming. You are made to feel welcome and given space but Jey is there for any advice and the breakfast was amazing. We didn’t rent a car as we stayed in the city before and after vacation and didn’t need the hassle of a car in Casa Veijo as not many places to park. Jey offered a name to collect us. Javier was awesome, collected at hotel and drove 90 min to Casa Swell, very good English and 1/3 cheaper than Uber. Javier took us back to the city as he was safe and great communicator. Jey also put us in contact with Bruno for a day trip, another awesome guy. We made use of the local restaurants and walked a lot to get to know the area plus used taxi, Uber. The beaches went on forever and virtually no one was on them so very private, about 5-7 min walk from Casa Swell. Would loved to have seen a bar or restaurant on the beach but none really walkable, still we walked off the beach and hit a few restaurants in local community. Lots of expats and area felt very safe even at night."

"This hotel has many features to recommend it: a stunning pool, terrific service (Hiciela and Axel in particular at the front desk and restaurant), a tranquil setting, lovely breakfast, and beautiful touches in the building itself. It's an ideal place to get away. One note: it's a good hour from Valle Anton although the mileage makes it seem closer."

"The B&B is very personal, very clean and soothingly decorated. Here everyone is welcome. A smiling and singing woman welcomed us with open arms. This charmed us immediately. There was no doubt, this is the place to be. During our conversations, which were very smooth and friendly, we received a waterfall of info about us. The husband took care of our breakfast and again a 10/10 for this. In every way it is better here than in a star hotel. We will definitely come back and keep in touch."
