"Vi har været rigtig godt på dette hotel. Værelset er rummeligt og udsigten er fantastisk. Personalet er meget venligt og forsigtigt (de passer til at rense værelset to gange om dagen). Spa er stor og godt tilbehør, ligesom poolen. Morgenmaden er god og diskrete varierende, mens middagen ikke overbeviste os 100%. Hotellet er absolut anbefalet. Det er noget, jeg vil forbedre: - erstatte tv i værelset med en smart tv - give mere valg på varme retter under morgenmad."

"A little gem in the centre of Cavalese!!! Decorated to great taste, it's cosy, very clean and in typical mountain decor. The hospitality and kindness of Mrs Milena were outstanding. She even gave us a lift when we couldn't find a cab. I will be going back! Grazie Milena!"

"Extremely disappointing experience – we do not recommend this hotel. Our room was extremely cold throughout our stay. Despite repeatedly asking for the heating to be turned on, nothing changed, and we were literally freezing. Because of this, we had to leave one night earlier and lost a fully prepaid night. We requested compensation, but it was completely refused. The overall atmosphere felt negative and uncomfortable. Four dogs were walking freely around common areas, including the kitchen. The owners live inside the hotel and were constantly present, yet their behaviour felt unfriendly and unwelcoming – no greetings, no kindness, and no willingness to help. We also saw family members taking food from the breakfast buffet and bringing it back into the kitchen. The property itself feels very outdated; for example, the lift is extremely old and only painted over to hide its condition. The most upsetting part happened when we explained why we were leaving early and asked again for compensation. The owner raised her voice and made highly inappropriate and discriminatory comments towards us. This was deeply shocking and unacceptable. We have video evidence recorded by our daughter confirming exactly what was said. Because of the seriousness of this incident, we are considering further legal steps of being ****** against us. We also expect a public apology for the humiliating and discriminatory behaviour we experienced. We left hurt, disappointed, and honestly shocked. Sadly, this hotel has left us with a negative impression of Cavalese as a whole. We absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone."

Park Hotel Bellacosta

"We just got back from the weekend we passed to Bellacosta, a family of two adults and two children (4 and 6 years old), plus bull terriers. We have heard home right now. There is also spa but it is only +18 so we haven't been able to use it (but we'll just return to try a Turkish bath and sauna). In the room we found a towel for all four and a towel for the corner of the tisane. In summer (and perhaps in the cloud period of winter) Gnomolandia is present with children's entertainment at the floor -1. Outside you will find a small game park and at 10 min walk you will be able to visit the center of Cavalese. The main floor, along with the reception, is the stube, the bar (merendin from 17 to 18) and the room (with an angle of reading), and the staff is prepared to give you instructions if we are not skiing to enjoy your day at Cavalese. A special thank you to Vittorio and Silvia who have been able to make a beautiful relationship with the children and who have always been able to give with that cocktail more than the children will remember forever."
