"Was an excellent location. Great security door locked all the time. Right in the middle of everything. The square, fish market and food. Easy to get to by taxi $$$ or close to bus route $ not to hard to roll your luggage. Location could also arrange car service. Breakfast was excellent and could request items. Room was well lit and had enough plugs. Also, a/c was able to keep room cool."

"The only positive thing about this place is the cleanliness of the room. Everything else is a complete negative: 1. They didn't take the time to send check-in instructions. So, my child and I spent an hour at the door with our suitcases. No one answered the phone, and the number on Trip.com wasn't linked to WhatsApp (it wasn't linked to the hotel's website either). By the way, they also couldn't find an option to check out later. 2. The room on Trip.com doesn't match the real one, and the photo on the hotel's website is also different. 3. The bathroom is outside the room. It's far down the hallway. Trip.com doesn't mention this either. The bathroom also smelled like gas. It's life-threatening! 4. The bathroom key was broken, so not only were we unable to get into the room for an hour, but I couldn't even use the toilet for 30 minutes! 5. The hotel made no attempt to rectify the situation, other than fake apologies. 6. There's no soundproofing, you can hear everything from the street. 7. All the pillows are hard. 8. Breakfast is basic: rolls, coffee, yogurt, sausage, cheese. There are plenty of decent guesthouses for the same price with the same amenities."

"Upon arrival we were a bit confused as we thought we were staying in the building we saw on EasyJet website. That building is the view from where we were staying. The entrance is a door in an alley off the main road. There is one door for the stairs and a second door for the lift. We were a bit skeptical, but went to have a look at the rooms before booking in. The phrase "Don't judge a book by its cover" is very apt. The rooms, although not ready, were clean and spacious. The air conditioning was fantastic and much needed as it was well above the average temperature for the time of year in Sicily. Breakfast is not supplied on site. We were given a voucher for breakfast the night before for a cafe across the road. I would recommend staying here and do not let the alley put you off."

"Be careful there is no elevator, entrance and the room is 2nd floor. We arrive at mid night but the staff was really kind and told how to check in ourselves for us. The place was great for dinner and sightseeing."

"Vi boede i Puritani B&B i en nat som et par i begyndelsen af april.Vi bookede den første værelses suite (med badeværelse i værelset). Samlet var værelset okay - stort men lidt dateret i dele, og spabadet i rummet følte os som mere af et foto op / vibe / årsag til at oplade mere, end noget du ville bruge, da det er direkte ved siden af et vindue på en travl vej og toglinje. og lidt privatliv.Udsigten til havet er bedre i billederne end virkeligheden (i betragtning af vejen og toglinjerne), men på et positivt punkt var rummet stille fra vejtrafik og andre gæster. Det er værd at bemærke, at dette suiteværelse er lige ved siden af hotellets indgang og reception, så du hører nogle fodspor komme og gå. Morgenmaden var god. En lille kontinental morgenmad og nogle lokale kager, og den dame, der serverede kaffe, var virkelig venlig og opmærksom. Beliggenhed var god - meget gåbar til hovedcentret og på en god beliggenhed, hvis du skulle fange lufthavnsbusset overhovedet.Der var intet grundlæggende galt med personalet eller hotellet, der var røde flag eller ting at bekymre sig om"

"We booked two bungalows, one of which was uninhabitable due to an unbearable stench of stale, stale air, and was unmovable (also due to the malfunctioning air conditioning, which was unusable). We asked for a refund of the amount for that bungalow, but received nothing. This was despite the fact that the gracious owners of the property—I imagine they were convinced they wouldn't be heard, an impossible possibility given the symbolic walls (to be generous...) of the little houses—set up in front of the bungalow starting at 3:30 (!!!) in the morning, and, despite our hopes of rest, subsequently go to hell...—to discuss what to do. In deciding—after a long, late-night huddle—not to refund the money (approximately 90 euros) for the second bungalow (even though it hadn't even been used for a second time, for the reasons mentioned above), they cite as their reason (among themselves) the fact that they even allowed the guest of the first of the two bungalows (i.e., me) to dine there! As if the dinner—which had also been booked at the on-site restaurant—hadn't been handsomely paid for at 70 euros. Terrible customer service. Subpar satisfaction."
