"Can’t say enough good things about this slice if paradise - it’s simply perfect. Enjoyed our stay so so much that we are actually planning the next, and this time we are going with more people. Can’t enjoy this alone - it needs to be shared. I mean talk about perfect location - quiet, peaceful and cute. We got an upgrade to a 3 bedroom townhouse (the 2 bedroom was already going to be too big so this was like palatial), so we had tons of space to spread out. One of the rooms became our dressing room 😁. Massive kitchen, very good size dining/living room (all merging into one), then out on the linai where you could comfortably have a party with 10 people are still not feel crowded. And then the pool - ooohhhhh Lord. Cute. Mindful. Demure 😊. Two bedrooms upstairs have a balcony looking over the pool also. Massive thank you to the check in team (Andre) and also the cleaning team who constantly kept the place spotless. You made our holiday so amazing. Thank you. Tips for Travellers If you intend to do some exploring then a rental car is a good idea. But Uber is readily available and not expensive. I would say think of what you would like to do, price up the uber trips and then check cost of rental - then decide which is cheaper. Factor in petrol and also parking - which can be a pain at times (in the towns not the Resort). There are nearby shops - do a good shop the first day and you’ll not need to have a repeat shopping trip. Carvoeiro is about €4/€5 in Uber - tons of shops and restaurants. Try out Levels for Breakfast, and for dinner go to the Tapas de Milho - both stunning. Don’t get tempted by Albufeira - it’s not cute. However they do have some nice sea excursions departing from the Marina."

Quinta do Algarvio Village

"From the moment we drove in the security gate we felt at home. Our apartment (104) was much bigger than the photos suggest. Every thing was at hand and looked almost new. The cleanliness was exceptional as were all the staff. The saltwater pool was incredible as was the area surrounding it. Whilst Quinta do Algarvio is about 3km from Carvoeiro you would think you were in another world. Yes, a car is recommended. The town is within walking distance all downhill into town……….. but all uphill returning. Well done Quinta do Algarvio. We had a wonderful holiday and we will definitely be back next year."

"Stayed in a premium ground floor 1 bed apartment (602) whilst this was some 5/8 min walk from Reception it was perfect, fully refurbished to a good standard , very clean ,kitchen with all appliances and all utensils and pots . We didn’t choose to cook but it would be fully possible if you chose too. Nice patio leading to pool area we had breakfast in the sun each morning Very quite , mostly couples but a few families with children Large pool and separate kids pool The main reception area has 2 pools and bar / restaraunt The resort reception is 15 minute walk downhill to the centre of town, just remember it’s the same distance uphill after a few drinks!! Plenty of taxis in town A very pleasant stay thank you"
