"Dette er ikke et afslappende hotel, men i stedet en høj festhjem med budgetfaciliteter: Musik støj - Banana Beach Club spiller meget høj musik fra eftermiddagen til 10pm, som vibrerer hele rummet. Vi blev også vågnet flere gange tidligt af fester på stranden.Du får meget begrænset søvn at blive her.Pool-- De fleste dages ikke-gæster bruger poolen, herunder høje og grimme børn, og engang tvunget et barn deres hund ind i poolen. Generelt er det meget dateret og meget lidt omsorg tages i tide.Støj fra generatorerne ved poolen er konstant. Receptionen - ingen fast receptionstjeneste som et hotel ville typisk have - en person er tilgængelig i et "reception" kiosk værelse mellem 9am og 4pm.Enhver bistand, der er nødvendig uden for disse timer, foretages via WhatsApp så er ikke øjeblikkelig. Vi havde også en strømsænkning for vand og elektricitet på vores anden dag, så vi kunne ikke modtage opdateringer, da WiFi ikke var tilgængelig. Restaurant - restauranten og hotellet er helt adskilt, bortset fra morgenmad er supplement til gæsterne, og det er uklart fra hjemmesiden, da vi først fandt ud af det ved ankomsten. Dette betyder, at gæsterne ikke kan bruge strandloungerne frit eller oprette et værelses fane til mad/drikke.Ingen forklaring på morgenmad, timing - der blev kun sagt til det begynder kl. 7am, så vi savnede dette flere gange fra at forlade tidligt for turer/overførsel osv. Værelse - Ingen kælder, kaffemaskine, men ingen skummetmælk/creme.Køleskab udenfor (ikke i værelset) og åbner ikke ordentligt, da det bliver fanget af dørens køkken - køkkenlys meget dyb så svært at se. Kun et sengbord måtte efterlade tilhørsforhold på gulvet.Ingen tøjhåndtag eller endda hakker."

"This hotel generally gets good reviews but we were surprised and underwhelmed. Our biggest concern was the size - the rooms are very small, almost uncomfortable. It felt like we were staying in a college dorm room. It was very tight for two people, and certainly not romantic or comfortable for a couple’s stay. We did not enjoy sleeping in a bunk bed. With that said, the room was new, clean and had everything we needed. There’s also a restaurant on-site and a tiny pool. It’s basically like a hostel. Heads-up that’s its on the southern end of Santa Teresa and we felt a bit isolated. I might recommend looking for a place about a mile/km north, more towards the center. But there is a grocery store right across the street, and also laundry and a few coffee shops. It’s nice that this hotel is new, but again the rooms are very small and uncomfortable. I imagine it’s hard to find luxurious places in this small beach town without paying a fortune. If you’re looking for something nice, I would probably avoid Santa Teresa altogether."

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff was very kind and attentive. It’s not always easy to find good kosher food in this area, so this place was a wonderful surprise. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a tasty kosher meal and friendly service in Santa Teresa."

"Fabulous self contained bungalows, set back from the main road so nice and quiet. Lovely pool area that we managed to make use of, even with the torrential downpour we were unlucky to have every night! Great for wildlife spotting, we had an armadillo visit us 2 nights and spotted our first toucans! Really comfy hammock :)"
