".We stayed in a standard room overlooking the rear courtyard of the hotel. It was very quiet and peaceful. Our room was nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. The spa bathtub was a surprise. The continental breakfast was more than adequate with a nice selection of pastries. Plenty of free parking out front on the street."

"The hotel is really beautiful but it looks like the service quality and conservation dropped after it ended their partnership with Four Seasons and later with Hyatt. Employees were very polite, with good manner, but not in a sufficient number. Many details of bad conservation can be found. Nevertheless, the sunset is unbelievably beautiful. It’s a must!"

"Vi blev her et par nætter, mens vi var i Carmelo, primært for at besøge vingårde.Beliggenhedsvis hotellet er lidt uden for Carmelo's hovedhjerte, og på den anden side fra de fleste vingårde. "We were only here two nights but wished we could have stayed longer in this peaceful and stunning hotel/resort. We are here just before high season starts. Although this place has the amenities of a resort, such as a gorgeous pool with pool side service, a workout room, bicycles, winery tours, kayaks, paddle boards and a lovely restaurant and bar, it still has provides a sense of tranquility and peacefulness. We can sit out on our stunning deck and read a book, take a swim and relax by the pool, ride bikes to wineries, and take lovely walks. One evening we went nearby to the most beautiful sunset boat ride. Not a tourist boat. Just us and the captain and laying on the deck having a beer and enjoying the view. The staff has been polite, attentive and gracious. I would definitely come back for a longer stay and will tell friends and family about this place."
