"We stayed for three weeks in March 2026 and absolutely loved everything. The staff were incredibly friendly and responsive, always ready to help and accommodate our requests. Housekeeping was excellent, coming every other day. Upon arrival, we found tea, coffee (ground and in capsules), sugar, creamer, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and even dishwasher tablets – everything you could need! The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary utensils. There's also a decent rooftop pool with fantastic views. Overall, it was a superb stay! We hope to return and stay here again."

"Beautiful little space that managed to pack everything you would need into an apt into surprisingly small square footage!! Comfortable and quiet from steeet noise, but unfortunately there were other guests celebrating a birthday into the late evening. Took some time to get through to management to organise an early bag drop, which was more convoluted than expected but otherwise the location is stellar and pretty safe as a solo female."

All the staff are lovely and can’t do enough for you, a genuinely great bunch of people. The breakfasts are gorgeous. Lovely fresh juices, fresh fruits, selection of cheese and meats. Hot selection all delicious. Great little spa. We will definately return."

"My recent stay at Pullman Cape Town was overall very pleasant. The hotel itself is modern, well-maintained, and conveniently located in the heart of the city. The lounge area is a real highlight stylish, comfortable, and offering an excellent selection of wines that showcase some great South African labels. It’s a perfect spot to unwind after a long day exploring the city. The front desk and reception staff were outstanding friendly, attentive, and efficient throughout the stay. However, this high standard of service doesn’t quite carry through to the restaurants. Service there can be inconsistent, with some staff being great while others seem a bit disengaged. Breakfast was the most underwhelming part quite average with a limited selection, especially compared to the overall standard of the hotel. It’s functional but not memorable. On the plus side, the property offers free parking, which is a big advantage in central Cape Town, though it’s worth noting there’s no valet service. Overall, Pullman Cape Town delivers a comfortable and upscale stay with great hospitality at the front desk, an elegant lounge, and excellent wines just don’t expect the same polish at breakfast."

"Made a reservation here for a few nights in October but read some mixed reviews and decided not to go. I booked the option that didn’t allow cancellations so I didn’t even retire them. Just didn’t show up 😔 As the world works in mysterious ways…. I ended un staying here in November for 3 nights. Absolutely loved the place and the staff. Dorms are super clean, so are the bathrooms. Kitchen is very well stocked and sparkling clean. But what made the difference was the staff. We were greeted by a team of helpful and happy staff. With enormous smiles and a heart warming service. I I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it."
