"Hotel is in nice place, quite a good equipped, BUT! forget about the air conditioning. We came to room there was 27 degrees - the same as outside, the aircondition was loud, but was the only thing what have done. In the morning same temperature. The day after we have receive upgrade room. Was nice, but the temperature the same. Se once more ask reception to do smth with it, they power up aircond - was even more loud, we could not sleep without the ear plugs, our dogs can not sleep at all… result? In the morning there was 25.9 Finally fourth day (day of leaving) was 23.5 degreess at the room, you know why? Because it was raining outside and was 19 outside, so we open the windows. And reaction of the reception? It is our fault - that 26 is ok for them No “sorry” no compensation, nothing. Arrogant person called Manuella. Two good things obout this hotel: Anezka, the receptionist for the night, shw have done her best (unfortunatelly didn’t work) and the guy with the electric “bus” both nice and helpfull. Thats all. Pricy, not good hotel, choose another one - ideally The One Caorle"

"HOTEL GARTENSEA CAORLE Wir haben dieses Jahr unseren Familienurlaub in Caorle verbracht. Die Hotelwahl fiel auf das GARDENSEA, wie sich herausstellte: eine ausgezeichnete Wahl. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich von den Hotelbesitzern begrüßt. Die gebuchten Zimmer waren sehr geräumig, hervorragend modern ausgestattet und - für Ästeten interessant- Böden, Wände und Möblierung waren farblich optimal abgestimmt. Das Bad ist sehr großzügig (die große Dusche: sehr wohltuend). Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück kann bei schönem Wetter auf der Terrasse vor dem Pool eingenommen werden: das Angebot an Speisen und Getränke lässt keinen Wunsch offen. Das Bedienungspersonal ist äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und flink. Abends wird das Abendessen im Restaurant eingenommen. Die Weinkarte ist sehr umfangreich, eine Reise durch alle guten Weingegenden Italiens. Die Küche als sehr gut zu bezeichnen wäre nicht angemessen, sie ist vorzüglich. Das Salatbüffet ist reichlich ausgestattet. Die Poollandschaft ist sehr schön, mit einem großen Pool, Kinderbecken und Whirlpool (siehe Bilder) in eine grüne Umgebung eingebettet und täglich sorgfältig gepflegt. Snacks und Getränke werden auf Wunsch am Pool serviert. Ein Fitnessraum, gut ausgestattet ist vorhanden, den SPA Bereich kann ich nicht beurteilen, da er von uns nicht in Anspruch genommen wurde. Es stehen Fahrräder bereit, die kostenlos ausgeliehen werden können, damit kann man bequem zum Ortszentrum fahren oder Ausflüge (sehr zu empfehlen) im Lagunenbereich unternehmen. Interessant für E-PKW Fahrer, eine Ladesäule ist vorhanden und wir konnten bei der Ankunft und vor der Abfahrt die Batterie vollladen. Fazit: wir sind zum ersten Mal dort gewesen, aber sicherlich nicht zum letzten Mal."

"Great hotel, great people and the town is very special to me….. a place that combines modern architecture and old town style. I’ve returned to this family run hotel almost every year but this year was truly special with my two daughters, their partners and my three granddaughters along for the ride. Service and customer experience is first class and the beach and access to walks or cycle rides around the lagoon are to die for. I will be back to visit Fabio and the Catto family"
