Whether it is the fast and efficient check-in at the front desk, the caring care of the room service staff on call, or the detailed introduction and thoughtful service of the restaurant waiter, I feel at home. In terms of food and beverage, the restaurant's dishes have reached a very high standard in terms of both the freshness of the ingredients and the cooking skills. Rich and varied breakfasts, exquisite and delicious dinners, each dish is like a work of art, satisfying all the expectations of the taste buds. In addition, the hotel's leisure facilities are also very complete. "Do not go to this hotel under any circumstances. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel!! There is no staff available at night and the key cards get demagnetized, which can leave you without access to your room. This did not happen to me just one night, but three consecutive nights, and the response from the staff was disrespectful and rude. It’s a disgrace. They didn’t even know how to apologize. It’s unacceptable to pay for a hotel and not be able to enter your room. Additionally, they do not have a restroom outside the rooms. Do not go to this hotel under any circumstances. There was no one at night, which is illegal. There is never anyone at night, which is why I filed a complaint with the tourism office. Many of us customers had problems with the cards."
