"Da jeg først kiggede på anmeldelserne, var jeg ærligt lidt bekymret, men det viser bare, at man nogle gange skal tage en chance. Dette sted var fantastisk.Det var meget familievenligt, og poolerne var store.Den indendørs pool var en glæde på vindrige dage, da det var for ubehageligt at blive udenfor.De udendørs pools var meget rene og velbevarede. Vandet var lidt koldt, men da det kun var maj, forventede jeg ikke, at det var varmt. Værelserne var rummelige og havde alle de grundlæggende faciliteter, der var nødvendige for et komfortabelt ophold.Sejret var utroligt, og balkonen var et perfekt sted at slappe af og nyde scenen. Ja, værelserne kunne bruge nogle opdateringer, og selve hotellet ville drage fordel af nogle renoveringer, men for prisen ville jeg sætte pris på det 10/10. Personalet var yderst venligt, og der var en god blanding af talte sprog, som jeg bemærkede mange gæster værdsat. Der er et par områder, der kunne forbedres.Vi ankom mandag, og der var en magisk show på 9:00, som var fantastisk for vores to børn. Vi formodede, at der ville være forskellige underholdninger i hele ugen, men desværre var det den eneste begivenhed under vores ophold.Jeg tror, hotellet ville drage fordel af at tilbyde mere underholdning og aktiviteter til at engagere gæster. Fødevaremulighederne på baren var lidt begrænsede, så det er et andet område, der kunne forbedres. Morgenmaden var fremragende og bestemt værd at tilføje til din reservation. Generelt vil jeg sige, at dette hotel tilbyder fremragende værdi for penge, og jeg vil gerne blive her igen."

"We had an incredible experience at Sentido Galomar; the staff were always helpful and friendly. The hotel has access to a Lido which leads to a nature reserve which is great for snorkelling. We went B&B and the breakfast was excellent; there was a lot on offer both hot and cold. The bar where you have breakfast overlooks the sea and was a highlight of the holiday. The pool is lovely and relaxing. There isn’t any music played around the pool which makes it tranquil and serene. The people who visit there are quiet and active so there are always sunbeds available. If you hire a car there is street parking and the hotel has some free parking but this is all dependent on availability; we were always able to get parked close to the hotel. We used the gym access at Galosol and used the bar there for lunch. Locally there are LOTS of brilliant restaurants to choose from. We want to go back in the future."

"This hotel was a huge disappointment. I have no idea how it got a 4-star rating. On the positive side, the view is lovely, and the room was clean (apart from the ants everywhere). The staff answered questions, breakfast was decent, and the gym was incredibly well-equipped, though I couldn't use it because the ventilation was completely non-existent. I felt like I'd pass out after just 10 minutes of checking out the equipment. As for the negatives: the room lacked basic amenities (only soap was provided). If you go to reception and ask for anything, they'll send you to the gym where you can get slippers for 5 euros a day. On the first night, the air conditioning wasn't cooling, and despite it being January, it was incredibly stuffy. There were ants all over the room, even in the fridge. Check-in was a nightmare – if you arrive by car and park in the always-full lot in front of the hotel to unload your luggage, the staff won't allow it, let alone offer to help. They told me I could only leave the car for 5 minutes while they processed papers, but wouldn't let me take my bags to the room, nor did they offer to have hotel staff bring them up while I looked for parking. They told me to leave my belongings in the lobby and go find paid parking wherever I could. They gave me a confusing parking map that was impossible to decipher in a second, and said the nearest parking was by a shop, where there were no free spots. I ended up driving around the area. They never mentioned the parking on the other side of the hotel, which offers easy access directly to the lifts. So, if you decide to stay here, there are both free and paid parking spots down the street to the right of the hotel (the paid parking is cheap)."

"Hotel or botanical garden? Both! We spent a week in this truly unique hotel in Canico. Room was ok and big - it is whole apartment with kitchen and living room. There were also sunbeds in front of room. The staff was kind and helpful. Food in "Galeria" and "La Perla" restaurants was very good. And what's better to do after dinner than evening walk through illuminated botanical garden? Indoor and outdoor pools were ok - we enjoyed both."
