But the next day, surprise! A receptionist showed up at our accommodation, like a NASA inspector checking the weight of a rocket. After I explained, he coldly informed me that "the house is limited to six people." So far, so good. But the best part was the "advice" he gave me: "Look for another hotel next time, definitely not here." Classy, ​​right? Let's be clear: it wasn't a comment about the bedding or the number of chairs around the table. It was humiliating, inappropriate, and—I feel it deeply—motivated by the color of my skin. In short, not a check of the rules, but a check tinged with very real ******. The result: a ruined stay, a hurt family, and one certainty: we will never set foot in that establishment again."

"We took a room for 2 nights with breakfast included, 30-minute access to the sauna and 2 small glasses of cider, via Wonderbox. When booking (August 2023), apart from the fact that the sauna was under repair (at that time), we were not told that we would not have access to it. So we arrive at the hotel, when collecting the keys, a cold welcome, then we are told that access to the sauna is no longer included in the Wonderbox offer, but that instead, there is a 10% discount on treatments, which is no longer the same thing at all. Basically instead of having free sauna access (20€), we are given a discount of 2€ and 18€ to pay. Obviously we are unhappy, but we go to our room anyway. There, very small room, with a dead insect on the floor which remained there throughout the stay and which is certainly still there. Despite the passage of the household. For our part, we immediately contacted Wonderbox to express our dissatisfaction and they made a commercial gesture. But we don't find this normal either. We therefore return to reception to express our dissatisfaction and explain that, commercially speaking, a commercial gesture would have been the minimum. There, change of scenery, we come across a haughty manager who explains to us that the contract has been renegotiated and that Wonderbox customers have nothing to complain about, because they don't pay the same thing. So, we still asked for our cup of cider, which if we hadn't asked for it, we wouldn't have had it. Obviously, on the first day, we were very disappointed and feared the rest. On Wednesday, another person at reception, big difference, very friendly person and nothing to do with the other 2. Decent breakfast. The sequel went well, but we don't recommend it. Because Wonderbox customers are not considered at all like other customers."
