"Feedback for this room And for this location which i paid 425 euro/night ! - Bad smell in the room because of the mold in three places in bathroom and in the room, i have got 3 paper cups for three persons in 6 days as i stayed in that room , no mini-bar only an empty fridge, we didn't have any bottle of drinking water from the host, when I use hot water in the shower, i have to wait several minutes for the hot water to come!, at night it was cold in the room and I did not have the possibility to increase the temperature in the room, the bathroom has a jacuzzi but it cannot be used because it is under the slope of the roof and in addition the corner rods were unglued, the headboard in the picture fell on my head because it was not attached to the wall at all , cleaning servicies are mediocre , although I had half board I did not receive any alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks at dinner - the exception being tap Water . conclusion! although the rate paid per night is for a 5 star hotel the location is not rated more than one star"

"I had a really good time. Everything was very well taken care of, fantastic clean rooms, excellent spa with qualified and kind service, a truly pleasant experience. I recommend this hotel because it is excellent in every way!!!! Definitely worth doing again😘😘😘😘😘"

"A disappointing stay. Although the property boasts impeccable cleanliness and a great location, the services are subpar. Food allergy management is nonexistent: allergens are not listed on the menu, and no safe alternatives are offered. The food quality is comparable to that of a cafeteria, far from the standards of a restaurant. Another disappointing aspect is the wellness center, which is only accessible for a fee. Given the complete lack of attention to guests and their dietary needs, I would neither return nor recommend it."

"Room for 2 suitable for three with full price obviously, there is only one very small wardrobe, without doors and any type of drawer, you bring it to the attention of the reception and they tell you that it is the space and subjective, upgrade to a better room, only 140 euros of weekly difference with wardrobes, drawers, desks and triple the space unfortunately not available but I repeat at only 140 euros of difference taking a hole and being told that subjective seems to me at the very least laughable."

"My wife and I stayed at this friendly family-run hotel from 28.2 to 7.3.-26. Everything worked fantastically for them! The room was clean and newly renovated. The staff was very friendly and flexible. They did everything they could to accommodate our needs. Their own minibus took us free of charge every day to the center of Canazei, where there was a ski lift ticket sales and ski rental shop. The hotel's breakfast and dinner were perfect! We will never forget the service and quality of this hotel! We have traveled a lot for both work and leisure and rarely get this level of all-inclusive service that the Hotel Azola offers!!!"

"Went with Nelson Holidays. Great food, Any help wanted Emilly(Nielson rep) and staff at hotel where on hand. Got lost as ski map not that great but Emilly got a taxi for me (was v. expensive though). Had funny rule that you could have tea in the morning and cake/homemade biscuits and tea from 4.30-5.30 free but other times had to pay- in UK have kettle in your room with teabags anyway. Said tap water OK but tasted funny to me so got bottles. Lovely sauna and Jacuzzi. Swimming pool 10min free ski bus away and pretty walks nearby. Wonderful view from room of mountains. Could have been a board game/cards night though and they could of organised restaurant for everyone when chef had day off. Have to take bus and two gondolas to meet ski instructers so got lost first day as signage not great. Got given beginner skis when opted for package when said was intermediate. "
