"I was on the 3rd floor and wow was it noisy with traffic. Very poor noise isolation from the window. Not only was the road noise terrible until about 0030 but that’s not all…at about 4am to 5am then continuing the staff must also live on this floor at room 301 end as they don’t have respect for people sleeping and let the doors slam closed and transferred a trolley of cups or similar as they are banging together!! Breakfast was as per travelodge. In summary if you get a room on the main road then refuse it, you won’t get much sleep!!"

"I have been using this hotel for many years and its my first choice when needing a place to stay, this time I was met at reception by Chris who was very welcoming, and obviously extremely customer focused, he helped me check in, with a smile, and said if there was anything else I needed, to contact him and he would help, so i felt relaxed as soon as i arrived, the room as usual was clean and comfortable, he also arranged breakfast which was very welcome. One of the other stars of the hotel is their breakfast, its got everything you would need, a fry up, cereal, toast, fruit, yoghurt, the list goes on, the other star is Sue (the chef), her musthrooms are to die for, I hate mushrooms stewed in water or canned, Sue has mastered the art of cooking fresh mushrooms properley baked with a touch of oil....wonderful, she also recognized me, and greated me like a long lost friend, I can tell if she is the chef for breakfast by her mushrooms, a very friendly lady and a really capable chef. Thanks to Chris, Sue and the rest of the staff at the branch of Premier Inn on Park Street, Camberley and I would highly recommend them and this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Camberley."

"Da vi ankom til bilparken var næsten tom, og vi troede, vi var ankommet på det forkerte sted, der var heller ingen tegn på Reception! Vi fandt endelig receptionen og troede, at hilsneren var lidt frost.Vi tjekkede ind i vores eksek rum, der var fremragende og kiggede ud over søen. Beliggenheden er stor for gåture langs kanalen og der er flere smukke pubber inden for gåafstand.Frue var grundlæggende, men blev kogt godt og holdt varmt. Vi ville komme tilbage."

"My partner and I stayed for a few days so we could attend a wedding. Before we got there, I contacted the company to enquire about the parking. As I'm heavily pregnant, we wanted to reserve parking so I didn't have to carry luggage too far. The lady I spoke to was more than helpful, she even went the extra mile to book us onto the first floor so I didn't have to take the stairs just in case the lift had broken. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The only tiny thing it was missing was an oven mitt or a tea towel to get things out of the oven. The location was excellent with all amenities in walking distance and you can't tell you're by a main road when the windows were closed. It was very quiet. We would 100% recommend to our friends and family. Thank you for a lovely stay."
