"Wow, hvad et vidunderligt hotel – Min mand og jeg tilbragte en uge der, halvbords, i juni.Det er en smuk, historisk bygning med en fantastisk have, alle personalet er varme og venlige, og de fire-kurset aftenmåltider var absolut lækkert. Hotellet har parkering og adgang til en privat strand (bog på forhånd), gratis brug af cykler, og er tæt på alle faciliteter, offentlig transport og interessante steder at besøge. Vi arrangerede også italienske lektioner personligt på hotellet med Easy Italian Online og In Person, som var store og virkelig tilføjet til vores ophold.Vi planlægger allerede at vende tilbage næste år.Fantastico!"

"Hotel Laurin enjoys a prime location between Lido di Camaiore and Viareggio, making it incredibly convenient for exploring both areas. You can reach both promenades within a five-minute walk, and the beach—including the free beaches—is directly in front of the hotel, just across the street. Whether you're after a relaxing day by the sea or a leisurely stroll along the shore, this hotel places you right in the middle of it all. The staff at Hotel Laurin are exceptionally friendly, giving the impression that the hotel is family-run. They are attentive to customers' needs and ensure a pleasant stay. I was pleasantly surprised by the daily room cleaning service, which I hadn’t anticipated. The complimentary breakfast, while not extraordinary, was decent considering the price paid. A standout feature was the waitress, always ready to assist with a big smile—a charming reflection of Italian hospitality. Upon entering the room, the initial impression was somewhat disappointing. The furniture appeared to be from the 1970s, and it was evident that some updates were needed. For example, the shower head was hanging loose, which could have easily been fixed with a simple wall attachment. However, despite the dated appearance, the room was clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly—a significant advantage in the summer heat. Given the prices during the high season, the room offered good value for money. If you're not expecting luxury, this hotel provides a reasonable compromise between comfort and cost. Overall, my experience at Hotel Laurin was positive, largely due to its excellent location, friendly staff, and welcoming atmosphere. While the room's outdated decor might initially disappoint, it’s a minor issue when considering the competitive pricing. When rating this hotel, it’s important to factor in your expectations and the value for money, and in this regard, Hotel Laurin certainly fulfils the task. Everything was clean and functional, making it a solid choice for a budget-friendly stay."

"We stayed in this hotel for the third time and always during the carnival period. I really like the structure, from the external hailstones, the presence of the lift to the rooms. Simple, sober rooms equipped with everything you need. The location is excellent for the sea, a little far from the Viareggio Carnival, but the walk is pleasant. European breakfast, good and with various desserts. Friendly and helpful staff, always present. Excellent quality/price. Pillows not present in the wardrobe, but brought to the room on request. The furniture in the rooms is a little dated, but all useful and functional. The only thing I really didn't like were the paintings in the rooms (but that's not a fundamental thing!). Very hot in the room, even with the fan on on the cold. Bathroom fan quite noisy, until it turns off, I was afraid that the neighbors would be annoyed by it."

Petit Hotel

"Hotel Petit is an ideal hotel. The building is a beautiful old villa, fully modernized and tastefully decorated. The rooms are simple and spacious. The hosts Marta and Alberto are wonderful. They are extremely friendly and went out of their way to make our visit comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast was amazing, lots of fresh homemade granolas, pastries, juices, cheese, fruit, eggs, meats, and omelettes cooked to order. The location is ideal. A few minutes walk from the beach, the promenade and wonderful restaurants. Viareggio is a beautiful place, lots of happy families in the city and on the beach, very safe to bike and walk, and reasonable prices. We would love to return someday!"
