"Dette er et smukt gammelt hotel, der for nylig er blevet renoveret til en meget høj standard, og holdet er ekstremt professionelt og venligt. Vi boede i en nat, og alt om hotellet var fantastisk, dekorationen og møblerne er smukke og en række komfortable tema værelser og bar med blæsende ild til at slappe af. Hotellet har en række smukke gåture fra døren og minutter fra charmerende Callander by, og morgenmadsspredning og kvalitet er fantastisk. Vi fandt også hotellet meget godt værdi, og det er hundevenligt med værelser og nogle områder af hotellet åben for hunde. Vi anbefaler stærkt, at vi besøger området, hvis vi ikke prøvede Strawberry Fields “Beatles” temaet bistro, men menuen og placeringen ser fab ud, og vi vil helt sikkert være tilbage."

"Dropped in here for lunch after a trike tour, really enjoyed it, my wife had fishcakes and I had haggis neeps and tatties with whisky sauce. Piping hot, lovely flavour, large portions, and all served quickly by a really nice guy and his female colleague, sorry we didn't catch your names. Well done, we will be back."

"Characterful building with mature gardens but internally is average 3 star standard. Bed too small and tv either didn’t work or needed a boffin to figure out. Our room didn’t lock and bizarrely the front door key we had broke (it looked cheap metal) and owners were displeased with us for that. Average breakfast and we can’t remember being in a more unfriendly place, we were only ones booked in. No idea how so many other reviews are higher, it makes you question relying on reviews for other bookings. Needless to say will never be back. Property has loads of potential though in hands of a hospitable operator."

"The house was immaculate with a fantastic atmosphere. The owners were extremely helpful and went above and beyond. There is a great choice and breakfast which was fantastic and topped off with freshly made banana loaf. The service was fantastic. The area was beautiful and offered everything we were looking for."

"Unfortunately my father passed away 3 weeks before to go and they rejected directly to refund us the reservation a cause of the policy of the company. We booked a triple room for my father (died) my mother and me. And after write them replied "medical issues" aren't included in our policy of non-refundable bookings. INHUMAN!!!"
