"Let me start by saying that I have never given a negative review but arguing over a snack not taken for a quarter of an hour seems exaggerated to me. When we arrived at check in they couldn't even tell us the breakfast times. The pillows are absolutely not comfortable. We also had a big laugh because the bidet was under the sink, due to the very limited space in the bathroom fixtures. Breakfast poor, inadequate and with flies on the food. At the end of the overnight stay we came across this famous discussion of the SNACK NOT TAKEN. The owner did not specify the room or the time at which this snack was taken. What to say? Excellent professionals."

"We have booked 1 night with breakfast included. The hotel was ok for a quick stay, we were not expecting much from it, but room was dirty and old, Air conditioning was not working, water from shower without pressure enough, once we arrive to the breakfast at 8:00 am almost every food was already eaten, there was no clean tables to sit, all tables were full of dirty dishes. We have asked the employee about it, he started speaking in italian in a hurry, so we didn't understood anything since we are Portuguese. Basically we didnt eat anything and it was very inconvenient since the hotel is located in a industrial zone, there was no near coffees to take breakfast. The experience in this hotel ended very bad, and the best? Explaining this to service customers asking only refund for breakfast and the reply: “Absolutely no refund” TOP."
