"After our flight was canceled, the airline put us up at this hotel, about 45 minutes from Barcelona airport. We arrived after 10:00 pm expecting that any food options would closed, but to our surprise, we were welcomed to a buffet that included a good selection of main dishes, sides, salads and desserts. The food was decent enough, especially after a long day… not fabulous but not terrible either. The hotel is quite dated and the rooms are very plain, but adequate. The hotel appears to cater to large groups. In addition to the 300 or so people from my cancelled flight, multiple busloads of 14-16 year old teenagers were also staying at the hotel. Unfortunately, they were extremely loud, yelling and screaming outside in the pool area and inside the hotel, running up and down the halls, banging on people’s doors, causing enormous disturbance to everyone well after midnight. While I generally would not hold the bad behavior of other guests against a hotel, the issue for me is that hotel management seemingly did nothing about it. These teenagers were allowed to yell and scream inside the hotel and in the pool area outside our window until they finally went to their rooms after midnight. At that point, the disturbance turned to more noise, yelling in the rooms, stomping and what sounded like moving off furniture on the floor above our room until almost 3:00 am. Neither my husband nor I got even a minute’s sleep. On the bus ride back to the airport the following morning, everyone was complaining that the teenagers kept them up all night. There is evidently very little sound insulation at this hotel, and more importantly, the disturbing behavior seemed to be tolerated by management."

"Hotel meget enkel tæt på stranden og flere restauranter og barer. Værelset havde en meget bred terrasse (mere end selve værelset) med tv, privat badeværelse, aircondition og håndklæder og geléer. Jeg havde ikke en tørretumbler, men hotelpersonalet lånte mig en. Betone den gode opmærksomhed af personalet, der var møbleret ved ankomsten uden problemer. Parkering er ikke på hotellet, men er to bygninger, så det har en lille ekstra kost på € 5/dag. Pladserne er okay, den eneste greb, der kan være, er for meget høje biler ved nedgangen til garagen."

"Hotel Victoria 3 stars admit dogs so great! We were 3 days with air conditioning, free internet, breakfast included and everything very clean very friendly staff saved us in the refrigerator the dog's food very carefully and have a service of repair all night for if you forget the key. We'll come back!!!"

"Mostly, here (not just in this hotel, but in the town Calafell) stay poor tourists who have been saving up for a week of rest for a year. They look and behave accordingly. Poverty and a lack of intelligence will be your neighbors. There is continuous drunkenness, smoking, and endless firecrackers as a fun for children here (apparently so that they might injure their hands and claim insurance money). The administration, including this hotel, is not taking any action. Everyone seems satisfied with the situation. If you respect yourself, do not come to this hotel or to this town at all!"

"The staff was very friendly, but the breakfast was of very low quality and the room was very small. The balcony overlooked apartments and was very small. The beds were also very uncomfortable to sleep on."
