"Wow What a fantastic hotel for our 20th Wedding Anniversary. We had a superior room which has been fantastic. Bed very comfortable all the amenities you need. Pools are a wonderful temperature and spotlessly clean No Sun Bed Wars here plenty of beds for all Entertainment again brilliant. The foam party was a highlight for us. They have things on throughout the day without it being over the top. They also have something on every night from the Ethiopian Circus to Themed music nights The food was incredible. A themed night every night made it very different each night. The Asian night was our favourite. Drinks a plenty on offer from 10am to Close. The cocktails are fantastic and have great options for people who don’t drink alcohol On Wednesday we returned to find a bottle of Sparkling Wine and Strawberries to help us celebrate 20 years together. Next time we will have to visit another Garden Hotel as the kids will need to come with us 😞 Thank you to all the staff we had an amazing time."

"I’m so glad we haven’t actually stayed at this hotel, because if the front of house rude and disgraceful customer service is anything to go by, we will have had a lucky escape. Like a lot of people on holiday, if we’re passing a hotel we like the look of, we call in to take a look around. As an alternative place to book on our next visit to the resort. We go in to see what the restaurants, bars, communal and pools areas are like and if we get a chance to see what the rooms are like, and we always stay and have a coffee or something. On entering what looked like the reception area, which appeared unmanned at the time, we started to look around. My wife who is of a certain age, said “before we do anything else I need the loo.” As I said the reception was unmanned, we could see the ladies toilets, so my wife began walking in that direction. Just a that moment a heavily made up blonde haired woman appeared, and very abruptly and very rudely said “those toilets are for paying guests only!” There was no “hello, can I help you?” just you’re not using our toilets. Quite shocked at this persons rude attitude, I asked, “would you prefer my wife went in the street?” To which she replied, “the toilets are for paying guests only” So instead of investigating the hotels possible suitability for a future holiday, and hopefully sitting and having a coffee etc. we left in disgust and disbelief and thanked our lucky stars we’d never booked to stay there. Future guests beware, based on our interactions with this hotel, I’d definitely give this hotel a wide berth. Note to the hotel owners: If this person is the face or representative of your company she needs lessons in customer service or removed from such contacts."

"Friendly welcome at the reception. The apartment complex is very outdated and the corridors are not lit. No air conditioning which makes it very hot (we knew this in advance but it is certainly a big loss). After a heavy rain shower the paid wifi did not work anymore and it has not been fixed. During the rain shower the hall was flooded and we could get started with a mop. The location of the complex is great, close to the cozy tourist area with shops and nice restaurants and the beach. We will definitely come back to Cala Millor but for us a different stay."

"Superb hotel set in an ideal location.Friendly staff including the cleaners.We stayed at the hotel for 7 days recently ,the rooms were cleaned every day ,superb shower and plenty of space. Nice touch having a coffee machine in the room.The food had an excellent choice at breakfast and dinner,the sweets were to die for. The pool was really warm and cleaned every day and not too busy. Evening entertainment was very good and varied.Plenty of shops and cafes within easy reach. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

Bluesea Cala Millor
"We stayed in the Bluesea Cala Millor. The staff were polite, helpful and professional. Our room was spotlessly clean and the beds were comfortable. The food was delicious, varied, fresh and plentiful: one night there was paella, another there were huge prawns, there was always plenty of fresh salad and fruit but we noticed plain pasta and chips if you like that sort of thing . The holiday was sold as ‘all inclusive’ and it was, but some people may expect more such as entertainment and longer bar opening hours (the free drinks stop at 11pm). We did not have high expectations so were not disappointed! The pools are small for the number of guests so we went to the beach which is so close and we didn’t mind paying for sunbeds and a parasol with a safe but again, that might not be what others would want to do! My advice is to get up early to secure a sunbed. The second pool does not have a pool bar which is a pain. We went hand luggage only so we’re pleased to be able to hire pool/beach towels from the hotel. Our room had a big balcony which was lovely. All-in-all I would recommend the hotel for a short break if you are on a budget because it was a great deal and we had a wonderful time."

"Vi bookede her ikke ved, hvad man kunne forvente, men vi var imponerede.Hotellet er smukt og i centrum af Cala Millor, med en nem kort gåtur til stranden, butikker og restauranter. Værelset var rummeligt med smuk udsigt over havet, sengen var komfortabel og værelset var meget ren og holdt spotless hver dag af det vidunderlige husholdningshold.Badeværelset var en dejlig størrelse med en god kraftfuld bruser. Værelset havde også en kasse, som var praktisk.Balkonen var også møbleret.Restauranten var behagelig og stor, så du var ikke krampet.Fruegen var okay, men ikke det bedste valg for engelske. Personalet var sødt og venligt omkring hotellet, men nogle af receptionspersonalet talte ikke engelsk, så det var meget svært at kommunikere ordentligt. Baren var smuk, med dejlig udsigt over havet, drikkevarer blev prissat som forventet, ligesom de chips, vi havde til frokost.Underholdningen var stor, vi havde en ABBA-religion, der var helt fantastisk! Bingoen var stor, og de talte på de mennesker, der spillede, hvilket var stor.De spillede også en blanding af sange, ikke alle tyske, som nogle anmeldelser har sagt, vi havde en fab tid. Indvendig pool var vores yndlingspool og var også godt vedligeholdt og spotless. Saunaen og damprummet var også fantastisk, selv om varmerøret og poolen kunne have været lidt varmere.Generelt havde vi en stor ophold og kan ikke vente på at vende tilbage til ASAP!"

"I stayed at Hotel Biniamar from October 24th to 25th, and my experience was shockingly below what I had booked and paid for. I had reserved two sea-front view rooms, exactly as stated in my booking confirmation. Instead, upon arrival, I was given only one sea-front view room and one lateral sea-view room—a clear downgrade and absolutely unacceptable, especially considering the hotel was nearly empty and additional sea-front rooms were visibly available. There is simply no justification for this. As if that weren’t enough, the hotel’s website advertised a complimentary welcome bottle of wine, which was never provided in either room. Another promise not kept. Selling a specific service and then delivering something entirely different—without any notice, explanation, or apology—is unacceptable. End of season or not, treating customers with basic honesty and respect should not be optional. I naturally expect a refund or appropriate compensation, but what is even more disappointing is the management’s complete lack of communication. My emails have received no real answers—only a vague “we will investigate,” and I am still waiting for a proper response. This level of indifference is simply unacceptable. Terrible transparency, terrible customer care. I strongly advise against choosing this hotel. I certainly will not return, and I do not recommend it under any circumstance."

"En ven besluttede at tage på turen i sidste øjeblik.Vi troede, det ville være en enklere type indkvartering, fordi det var en stor pris.Folk skal være opmærksomme på pris-/ydeevneforholdet. Værelset ville være simpelthen møbleret, men det ville have en god matrix, som er vigtigt for mig.Det var rent ved ankomsten.Vi fik et værelse på en højere etage, som vi ønskede, og den store terrasse var en bonus. Kun den første nat sov vi ikke godt på grund af de støjende naboer, men efter at vi pegede på det, fik vi stille naboer og sov godt.Maden var ikke en stor gastronomisk oplevelse, men vi valgte altid noget.Det er en kort gåtur til havet.
