"Good value for money. Hotel ideally located in the heart of Cagliari and above all a few steps from the train station. Correct room, sufficient size overlooking the boulevard but well soundproofed. On the other hand, the magnificent trees on the boulevard provide a lot of shade... on the 1st floor we light up during the day. Please note: no breakfast, just a box with some rusks and biscuits + instant coffee or tea. No reception either for one of the establishments, you have to call the receptionist or go to the other (nearby) address."

"I stayed one night at this hotel because I had an early flight at Cagliari airport. The strong points of this hotel: it has a free apartment for cars, it is a 10-minute drive from Cagliari airport, it was clean and fragrant. As I had to leave the hotel at 4:50 am, the day before I informed reception and they prepared me a bag with some breakfast products (a fruit juice, a chocolate croissant, two toasts and a jelly) - it was missing a small bottle of water and a fruit would have been appreciated. The negative points: old hotel, in need of renovation, especially the furniture in the rooms. For one or two nights it is OK but for more than that there is no convenience, the room was small. I would go back to this hotel again without hesitation if I were looking for a hotel close to the airport for just a few nights."

"I have used this great facility twice in December, the first time booked via a popular hotel engine and the second time directly through their website. The booking process is extremely easy and I like these value for money rooms are clean, spacious and easy to access at any time, given clear instructions and access codes via WhatsApp by a very thorough and attentive Signor Alberto. The room overlooking the main road had great view but was a bit noisy. The room at the back was a lot quieter. The location is fantastic and the free parking access a real bonus for a central accommodation in beautiful Cagliari. Recommended and will use again. 9.5/10"

"Apt or better to say studio, is functional. Easy equipped. From kitchen equipment is there only small fridge and kettle with cups and coffee. Bathroom also easy. Apt is directly on the rush street in Cagliari, so dont expect quite place. Position is close to old town, so advantage is, that everything is reached by walk. Bed on the room is not so big. Within booking was also deducted 100€ deposit, which i demanded back with extra notifications, but been returned on time finally. So overall, if you find accommodation in the center and dont mind about noise, go fot it. We had base there to see south Sardinia, so parking place is very close, over the street, but you have to pay few euros in the payment station."

"Well we have not stayed st this accommodation. During to the illness we needed to return home earlier. We have asked accommodation for some compromise solution. They totally stopped to talk to us and even blocked any communication channel. This kind of behavior is at least nothuman and not friendly at all. So consider this when booking. I would ignore this kind of people in the future."
