"I have been to quite a few spas and this is without a doubt the worst, the security of the spa is NIL, no maintenance and very neglected, the staff unfriendly to face the public. A spa cannot have a dry sauna where you step and the wood breaks because in my case it was: bruises, spills and swelling, pain and a visit to the doctor but if the wood were to cut me or another elderly person it would have been a great problem, and the last straw is asking me to return the ointment that was offered to me lest I stay with it and the hotel will be ruined, I advise you to do a thorough review of the spa for the future. What a disappointment!!!"

"Great stay in this traditional hotel located a stones throw from the town centre on the edge of the town walls with subsidised, €13 per day, car parking opposite. Our room was very spacious, spotlessly clean with a great bathroom. We booked a room with a balcony, well worth a few more euros, spacious and a great view whilst sipping a G&T. Breakfast was in an enormous restaurant area, once a bank, friendly service and an extensive selection of cold meats and cheeses, pastries, cakes and so on, including bacon, sausages and scrambled eggs, very much worth including in booking your room. Overall, a really super stay in a traditional kind of hotel, but with the usual modernised conveniences, kettle and a great range of teas, WiFi etc.. Extremely friendly and helpful staff as well, easy check in, check out, recommendations for restaurants and directions."

"This hotel is well located and definitely a solid 4 star. The room was very comfortable and spacious, with a good distance between the bed and the doorway. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like the coffee maker and snacks, which were perfect after my late afternoon arrival. The only drawback was the doors. While they look stylish with their decorative design, they aren’t soundproof, so you may hear some noise. Fortunately, the rooms are far enough apart that it wasn’t a major issue. Also I should have booked a room with a view as this hotel, like most hotels in Spain, gave me an inner courtyard view which is basically a window that faces a wall. Most importantly, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable."
