The lobby is located on the second floor. The facilities are very clean and modern, and the location is ideal. No particular nice view as the building is surrounded by large residential/hotel buildings. Towels, shower gel+shampoo and hair dryer are supplied, but the rest is as option : slippers, toothbrush etc... need to be purchased. The room is like an officetel, with a kitchen but neither the induction plate nor the washing machine can be used for short-term stay. There is no water bottles in the rooms, but there is a nice water filter machine in the kitchen.

Arrived at the hotel at 2:35pm, the receptionist asked us to pay 10k won for early check in. We refused since it’s only 25mins to 3pm but at the end the receptionist let us check in without paying extra fee. Location is good, many restaurants nearby, eMart, GS25 and Olive Young are within walking distance. Room is spacious but disappointed with no exterior view. Stayed for 2 nights but they did not refill the bottle water on the second day. Washing machine and cooking stove in the room are not allowed to use. No wifi provided. Free coffee voucher is given but limited to americano or tea only. Toiletries is provided, love their shampoo scent. Check out at 11am and free luggage storage available at the lobby.

The location is great , just beside the emart. Near to the haeundae station, a short walking distance. But the entrance is not very easy to find. The ocean view from the room is beautiful. The room space is big and the environment is very quiet , we can rest well. Just troublesome to put rubbish inside the plastic bag instead of dustbin. If there is a blind in the kitchen , will be great. It is very bright when after the sunrise. We had complimentary coffee and a free mini essential oil.

Honestly cannot complain for the price. Great experience.

地點非常優秀，房間整潔度也很乾淨，飯店會在當天傳房間資訊，可以自助入住，或是先直達頂樓34樓跟櫃檯人員check in,再確認房間樓層，房號資訊於入住當天下午13:00左右收到e-mail,更進一步的資訊如行李寄放時間與房間wifi 密碼等是當天18:20左右才收到，這點需特別注意，所以如果很早到的人，要注意他們行李寄放是早上10:00後才有 一樓就是emart24,從商店右側大門進入，沿著木紋牆壁走到電梯即可上樓（因與訂房名稱不同還因此懷疑了一下走進走出多次，感謝警衛大哥協助指引） 因為隔了兩層窗戶所以對外的隔音效果不錯，但樓上走路聲音非常明顯，第一晚因此沒有睡得很好，一早也因聲響被吵醒，淺眠者注意 但房間整體空間非常滿意，洗澡水壓夠大，也非常熱，房間內也有地暖設備

別的不説，這家酒店地理位置真的好，就在海雲台，樓下算是小吃，離海邊大概步行不到10分鐘。 但是！入住一定注意郵箱/攜程管家消息，查收房間號和密碼，這個酒店現在是自助式的，沒有前台也沒有工作人員！！很難聯繫到酒店人員！！！ 房間內吹風機的風力還不如外面風大…

給我們郵件分配的房間 我們晚上到的時候還沒收拾 臟亂的 找工作人員也不知道去哪找 打電話也沒人…後來聯繫攜程客服才解決的 酒店大堂在裝修所以等於沒有，沒有前台，也不知道服務人員在哪（後來退房存包的時候才知道酒店的工作人員在405）地理位置還挺好的

綺麗でよかったが、エレベーターが1つしかなく、チェックアウト時に30分以上待った 28階とかだったので階段でいくこともできないし、こまりました。 部屋は綺麗でした

뚜벅이 커플이라 역이랑 가까운곳이 좋아서 고민고민하다 결정했어요! ⭐️부산역에서 40분 소요 ⭐️해운대역 도보 2-3분 ⭐️해운대 해수욕장 도보 5분 🙂좋은 점 - 음식점, 카페, 시장 등 먹을 곳 둘러볼 곳이 많음 - 해수욕장이랑 가까움 - 숙소가 따뜻해서 아늑하고, 침대가 되게 푹신푹신함 - 중문이 있어서 복도쪽 소음은 심하지 않음 🙃아쉬운점 - 엘리베이터가 두대라 체크인&아웃 시간에 많이 붐빔 - 번화가여서 그런지 밤 늦게까지 오토바이, 차소리가 많이 남(창가쪽) - 냉장고 대신 정수기가 있었는데 머그컵도 좋았지만 종이컵도 있었으면 하는 바램(세제가 없어서 컵을 씻을 수가 없었음) 이 외에는 마음에 들어서 다음에 또 방문하고 싶어요~

離捷運站很近 房間乾淨 2大行李箱可全開 附近吃飯購物都便利 每天會將毛巾 礦泉水 垃圾袋放入大紙袋並掛在門把上 感覺不會被打擾

入住當天早上寄email通知：「大廳整修需要自助入住、二樓可寄放行李，相關入住資訊14:30-15:00寄送」。到現場發現只有私人辦公室，沒找到寄放行李的地方、臨時辦公室在405當時按電鈴沒人在，不過大樓樓下有自助洗衣+置物櫃。 自助入住資訊壓線15:00寄達，抵達房間過程順利。 房間內部和圖片一樣，一房一衛一廳（簡單小廚房）、吹風機、毛巾在鏡子後（鏡子向左/向右移動） 沒有門禁，避開人潮搭電梯都不會等太久

酒店寬敞舒適，性價比超高，離海雲台海邊也非近，步行幾分鐘就到，附近吃的選擇性非常多，且大都營業到凌晨。交通十分便捷，離地鐵站超近，走3-5分鐘就到。

호텔 11시 체크아웃시간에 엘리베이터 이용 수가 많아 앞에서 40분 기다렸습니다. 또 주차장이 기계식으로 되어있어서 출고대기도 20분 넘게 기다렸네요.. 호텔 측에서는 체크아웃시간 에 사람이 붐빌때 대책이 필요할것같네요 대부분 사람들도 불만을 표했고, 개선이 필요할것같습니다

剛到酒店時 不知道酒店入口如何進去 進來後大廳一個人沒有 大冬天的在外面凍了兩三個小時 找不到人 ！這房間連續訂了5個晚上 後面想著不搬行李 在平台上續住 前台告訴你 不好意思 因為你是續住所以 需要11點退房 下午3點再入房 如果不搬行李 的話 要給現金加錢 這間酒店 退房也是得準時準點或是提早喔！不超出幾分鐘 都以一個小時收費唷！ 11:06 退房 前臺說的 您的時間超過退房時間所以….得在家收一萬元！！ 對了順道一提 連住五天沒有任何 客房服務 也沒有打掃 甚至廁所裡廁紙不補的 到前台要 人家態度很差的給你一卷 住五天你只能每天下去前台領一卷 前台英文極差無比 這個價格 奉勸大家 可以選擇周遭別到酒店 都比這裡好的多 哪怕便宜的服務都比他們好 真心建議 慎選
