"Upon arrival we were greeted by the manager and taken to our room. The rooms were very clean. A generous starter breakfast was provided (fresh bread, butter pats, spreads, 200ml milk and small carton of fruit juice. The beds were very comfortable. The units are not new but seem reasonably well maintained."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Paradise Hotel & Resort with its relaxed ambience, friendly and helpful staff and spacious rooms. We ate in the restaurant a few times and the food was delicious. Our room was clean, very spacious and the pool looked very inviting. Each little balcony at the back of the rooms are private and quiet. The location is a walkeable distance from Burnt Pine shops and cafes. The Cyclorama is next door and definately worth including on a holiday schedule for its depiction of the Norfolk Island history."

"Aloha Apartments are clean, neat and wonderfully staffed. Although the apartments are dated the bed was good, it was well equipped, easy to move around, with great facilities. The staff were courteous helpful at all times. Aloha is perfectly situated within walking distance of centre of town and numerous eating options. We had a lovely stay."

"Esma og jeg nydte vores ophold i Ocean Breeze, så meget ren og med alt, hvad vi havde brug for i vores syv vidunderlige dage på NLK. En kærlig udsigt over Phillip Island og meget tæt på de fleste restauranter og Burnt Pine, men stadig så stille uden trafikstøj.Vil De sikkert vende tilbage og Ocean Breeze vil være vores indkvartering, tak for et vidunderligt ophold."

"Fantastisk resort lige i hjertet af Burnt Pine.Vi boede i deres 2-værelses lejlighed.Værelset var virkelig behageligt, godt udstyret med behagelig seng.Den bedste del var at have Norfolk Island brygget på stedet med virkelig store øl. De nye ejere Davin og Annellie er virkelig søde og gik ud af deres vej for at gøre vores ophold ekstra speciel!"

"We stayed in a 'superior' room as part of a group booking. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were included in our package and the food was very good. Breakfast choices alternated each day - could perhaps have been a little more variety (a small niggle). Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Car hire from the hotel was excellent value and super convenient. WiFi was the only weak point - it was free but very slow at best and unusable on some occasions. The primary login they provided does not use a secure connection. There was a separate SSID for Superior rooms (which was secure) but only worked in the room - still slow."

"We were met by Tima who was gracious and welcoming. She showed us to our unit and explained anything we needed to know. We are a group of 4 friends who stayed in unit 10 which has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Plenty of room for our group. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the breakfast provisions which included eggs bread butter jam juice milk. The unit was clean with comfortable beds and clean bedding and towels . Location is very good with shops and cafes restaurants a short walk away. As mentioned in other reviews the unit is in need of a refresh. The carpet needs to be replaced. Probably new towels as the ones we used , although clean were frayed at the edges. Door trims are in need of a coat of paint. We enjoyed our stay and are hoping to return to Norfolk in the future."

"Staff are lovely! The accommodation is 31/2 star as advised. You really need a car to get around. Emily beach is beautiful and there are good hiking spots. Continental breakfast was not value for money but we had a beautiful fish dinner at the restaurant. Enjoyed the visit but 5 days would have been perfect."

"Min kone og jeg tilbragte en meget afslappet og behagelig uge i lejlighed 1.Det var rummeligt, rent, behageligt og omfattede alt, hvad der var nødvendigt for selvopfyldelse, selv om vi også prøvede nogle af restauranterne og klubberne på flere aftener. Blandt inklusionerne var en lokal mobiltelefon, en piknikkurv og strandhandsker.Spotless BBQ blev også brugt en aften. Vi udnyttede også tilbuddet om at booke en lejebil, som ventede på os i lejligheden efter at være blevet hentet på lufthavnen. Selv om det er ret tæt på "byen", og afstandene er ikke store på øen, er en bil sikkert tilrådeligt at gøre det meste af dit ophold."

"Fantastisk beliggenhed tæt på byens centrum og en 10-minutters kørsel til Kingston.Vi havde den eneste soveværelsesenhed, der havde mere end nok værelse, meget komfortabel. Meget venlige værter Værelserne var altid rene, da vi vendte tilbage fra en udflugt jeg ville købe madlavninger til din brekkie, da jeg ikke tror på $25 pp kontinental morgenmad er en god værdi. For at bestille kokken skal du have en fest på ti og give forhåndsmeddelelse, noget, der ikke er skrevet overalt, vi kunne finde Hvis du får en selvindholdsmæssig enhed, vil jeg foreslå, at du køber dig madlavning fra slagteren over vejen fra lufthavnen...det har en langt bedre række frugtgrøntsager brødpasta osv. end supermarkedet.Vi ønsker, at vi vidste, at ved ankomsten"

"Just a lovely place to stay. Stunning views across the valley with an easterly aspect from cottage 2. If you’re up early you can get a great photo of the sunrise. Very well equiped, wanted for nothing. Tea, coffee and milk were a pleasant surprise as we didn’t know they were included. Had a great BBQ on the front deck. Gently breeze kept cottage nice and cool. Would highly recommend. We will certainly be staying here when next we visit."

"Great experience staying in these Villas. Great personal service by the team on arrival. Villas are clean & modern. Area is nice & quiet. Kitchen in the villa if you want to self-cater with everything you need bar a dishwasher. Although the 2 bed unit I believe has one. A short walk to the shopping area if you want to eat at a cafe. Loved sitting out on the balcony each morning & evening. Whilst there wasn't a view as such, it was great to be amongst the greenery. Happy with the price for the Villa for what it contained & how fresh & clean it was"
