"Smukt sted, måske lidt overpris.Deres restaurant omkring søen er den bedste på det.Når du går der er for stedet forventer du ikke at have en bruser, der virker ordentligt eller internettet på toppen. De hilser dig velkommen, men de hjælper dig ikke med at klatre de høje trappe med din pose.Meget nyttigt til leje motorcykel."

"Michael's welcome was wonderful. He was the center of all our attention. The rooms were as we expected, the hotel is typical and has a lot of charm. Michael surprised us to celebrate our daughter's birthday and we had a great time in his restaurant. I recommend this very welcoming hotel. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel because we left early to visit the city, it is certainly possible to have one in a hotel nearby which Michael also owns."

"Sludderig gammel haveli, der er blevet restaureret for nylig.Stedet har masser af karakter og er godt præsenteret med omfattende lusserende planter omkring poolen.Udsigterne til paladset fra restauranten, især om natten, er begejstrede. Vores værelse var stort, godt udstyret og godt præsenteret.Beddet var komfortabelt og værelset stille om natten, selv om det var i hjertet af den gamle by.Personalet var villige til at hjælpe og rådgive om, hvor og hvordan man besøger i Bundi. Restauranten serverede en lille række mad, herunder gode lokale retter, kogt til vores smag.Vi fandt, at morgenmadspartierne var store, så de blev ændret til at have en frugtspis eller brød mellem os to. Alt dette med en stor udsigt over Bundi til paladset."

"Where to start! No welcome, no one speaks to you, if you like being ignored then this is definitely the place to come. How disappointing as on arrival I was impressed by the building in the midst of a very busy City. That is where the good stuff stops! The restaurant is leaderless, we walked in and nearly every table had not been cleared, whilst there was very few people dining it was very haphazard, I would not recommend visiting. Lucky the restaurant manager will try and help, but he needs coaching, training and support. The reception staff in the main hall are too busy on their mobile phones, to want to give any resemblance of Customer Service. Having asked in the morning to have the towels changed whilst we were out, it was necessary to return to the main desk 6 hours later to actually make this happen. The only place that has wi-fi in the whole building is the main lobby, so you will see lots of people trying to catch-up with emails etc. I cannot think of a positive thing to say about this Hotel, other than to recommend you do not use it, you have been warned!"
