"My husband and I had a very rare free weekend with just ourselves so we took a drive to Bundanoon and checked in at the Bundanoon Guest House. Highly recommend this place. Tim and Lucie are a very welcoming couple and everything is so nice and clean and well planned and thoughtout. The whole guesthouse is set out beautifully. Lovely rooms to sit in around the property and a very nice afternoon tea of scones is laid out. The included continental breakfast served in the dining room is also very good. The candles burning around the property are amazing and they are for sale. We topped off our stay with dinner at the Italian Restaurant 'Bottega B' just a 10 minute walk down the road. Amazing. Thanks Tim and Lucie, we'll be back with the family :)"

Restauranten var næsten fuld af middag, og øllet champagne var rig på lag og meget drikbart."

"We only stayed one night here but enjoyed our stay. The gentleman on reception was very welcoming and the rooms were spacious, clean and updated for the reasonable price. Area felt safe and walking distance to pub and town. Little kitchenette also in room with coffee & tea supplies. Also a microwave and fridge. We got Thai food delivered from town and it was delicious. Would definitely stay again "

"Anniversary week away . Started off Friday afternoon to this beautiful place ,first time in Bundanoon but definitely not the last . From the moment we where greeted by Tim then Lucy the choice I made to stay there was 100% correct. We where shown all the facilities then to our beautiful room number 14 . Very comfortable a lovely spa which we enjoyed a few times, homemade biscuits to enjoy with a cuppa in your room or in the lovely sitting room . Games room was great enjoyed a game of pool with a drink from the bar. We also had a beautiful afternoon tea with scones. I have left the best comment to last the breakfast is absolutely fantastic. Tim and Lucy are not only very friendly but extremely professional, we would recommend this guest house . Now to Batemans Bay"

"This was our second stay at Osborn house and it was even better the first! The service levels have improved from a very good base and are now quite exceptional (comparable, say, to Southern Ocean lodge or Saffire). The coffee has also improved, thanks to a very dedicated barista seeking perfection. This is a beautiful property in a beautiful location, and a relatively short drive from Sydney. Visiting in January was a nice way to beat the summer heat as the Southern Highlands is a few degrees cooler (think light jumper for breakfast!). All in all, an outstanding experience!"
