"Upon our arrival, well before check-in time, the receptionist welcomed us very kindly and explained everything that was happening at the hotel. The room was already ready, so we were able to access it immediately. We received two free tickets to the Charmey baths, which was very much appreciated. In the evening, we ate a delicious meal at the hotel, served by a very pleasant waiter. The breakfast was as good as the hotel, excellent. I can only recommend it and I plan to return soon."

"Very nice hotel in the super center of the Swiss town of Bulle, on the main street where the Christmas markets are held. I booked it as a fallback having to go to Gruyere to visit the H G Giger museum but it turned out to be a perfect solution. It is in fact 10 minutes by car from the museum and costs much less than the accommodations near the museum house. This hotel won us over. The historic furnishings of the entrance bar leave room for rooms and corridors furnished in a functional manner and with great taste and contemporary design. We slept in a double with two single beds: the room was very small but so well organized that it was not a problem. Very comfortable beds, among the best I have ever tried, silent structure, adequate heating: a perfect night's sleep. I really appreciated the design of the room, the finishes... the atmosphere is sensual, there is also a private room in the basement, it would be perfect for a romantic getaway in the snow-capped mountains. The abundant breakfast, not up to the standard of the rest but still pleasant. The atmosphere of the bar in the evening was wonderful, the bartenders were very professional and the cocktails were delicious. For those coming from Italy it was a bit expensive, but considering the location, service, professionalism and period I have to say it was a real bargain. I would go back immediately."
