"・A few days before our stay, my travel companion lost their phone in Tashkent. We had almost given up hope, but Mr. Mirfayz and the other front desk staff went above and beyond, calling various places and eventually finding the phone for us. They provided immense support, including arranging for us to pick it up, and we successfully got the phone back on our departure day. Even though it was a problem unrelated to the hotel, the front desk offered service that went far beyond their usual scope. I don't know everyone's names, but a huge thank you to all of them. ・There were many comfortable seating areas in front of the rooms and the reception. While waiting at the front desk, a staff member brought us tourist brochures for Bukhara and explained them to us. All the staff were very friendly, and Mr. Timur, in particular, was incredibly kind and helpful. ・The laundry service was prompt, meticulous, and thorough. ・It was raining and we were very tired on the day we arrived, but being able to use the pool and sauna made our stay comfortable. The pool area had many small, partitioned spaces, making it comfortable to use even with other people around. ・When we checked out, we had a taxi arranged, but the roads were closed that day, so we had to go to a pick-up point quite far away. The front desk staff carried our luggage all the way to the distant pick-up point. They helped us with so many things until the very end, and we only have good memories. Five stars aren't even enough! When I come to Bukhara again, I will definitely choose this hotel."

"This hotel is incredibly stylish, and its location right in the heart of the old town was super convenient. Since it was the middle of a hot June, being able to pop back to the hotel for a shower and a break after sightseeing was a lifesaver, all thanks to its prime location. The staff were also incredibly kind; when I was feeling a bit rundown from the heat, they even let me rest on the lobby sofa after checking out. I truly recommend this hotel. Thank you!"

"Our stay in Uzbekistan was enjoyable and the highlight was our accommodation in Khujra Studios, Bukhara. This hotel was top class. It had only 4 studio rooms, each tastefully decorated. Very clean. There was a kitchen, sitting area with a dining table. There was a large sofa that could double as a bed in the sitting room. The comfortable beds were upstairs. The kitchen had few basic cooking utensils, a microwave & tea & coffee making facilities. Underfloor heating was available and so too was a functioning air conditioner in every studio. The bathroom was equipped with quality toiletries. Clean bathrobe and slippers were provided. Breakfast has to be ordered by 10 pm the previous night by using the QR code. It is delivered to your room at the time specified. It is plentiful and tasty. The accommodation is close to most of the attractions in Bukhara and can be reached by foot. Abdul Hakeem was at the front desk. He speaks reasonably good English & was very helpful looking after our needs & attending to our queries. If we visit Bukhara again, we will stay in this hotel again for sure."

"The hotel could be much better if they improved their service! Overall, it's pleasant with a nice design. Let's start with the pros: + Great location, with a bank nearby for currency exchange, a coffee shop across the street, two decent fast-food places, and a small supermarket next to the hotel selling nuts, dried fruits by weight, and tea (prices are generally like a market). Tourist attractions are only 100 rubles and about 5-7 minutes away by taxi. + Good breakfast with a wide selection, almost everything you could want, and tasty. + The room was clean. I can't comment on regular cleaning as I requested it at reception for a specific time, and they accommodated me. + The indoor/outdoor pool is clean, and there's nobody there in the morning. Cons: - After 12 PM, the pool gets crowded. Local guys were smoking right on the sun loungers, and no staff member said anything to them. - Upon check-in, the administrator gave me a room that didn't match my booking. I booked an upgraded room, but I was given a 'budget economy' room on the first floor with a view of a concrete wall and absolutely no natural light! (Photos attached). The administrator refused to give me another room for free, claiming they had no rooms. However, after I contacted Trip.com support, he miraculously found another room category for me without any extra charge! A woman before me had the same situation, so it seems they try to scam guests by initially giving them a bad room and then charging extra to upgrade to the one they should have had in the first place. It was a bit stressful, but the issue was resolved in the end. - The shower barely worked; you could only wash under the tap as there was absolutely no water pressure in the showerhead. - The air conditioning only worked on maximum power; it didn't work at all or would switch off on the lowest setting, which was inconvenient. Hotel management needs to control staff who are ruining the hotel's reputation by assigning rooms that don't match bookings, thus spoiling the mood of guests who paid to relax! I also recommend partial renovation or replacement of the plumbing. The hotel looks solid from the outside, but there are clear management shortcomings internally. Fix these issues, and it will significantly improve occupancy and the number of positive reviews! It's all in your hands! I've also included photos of the room I eventually received after the dispute."

"The room matched the promotional pictures and was relatively clean. The pillows weren't very comfortable; travelers with high standards for pillows should probably skip this one. Breakfast was decent, typical Uzbekistani food. It wasn't a buffet; the hotel provides a separate set meal with boiled eggs, naan bread, dried fruit, yogurt, fresh fruit, and hot tea. The room got very hot in the summer; it took a long time for the temperature to drop after turning on the air conditioning. The bathroom was quite small. The hotel itself is relatively new and has a unique decor. Overall, for the price, the stay was very good!"

"The decor felt like a Chinese hotel from 20 years ago. It was quite a distance from the Old City, but since taxis are so cheap there, it wasn't a big deal. However, I had an unpleasant incident during my stay. I had booked early, and there were some group activities at the time, which might have lowered the room rate. A few hours after I checked in, the hotel staff claimed I had canceled my online reservation and therefore couldn't stay. They said if I wanted to stay, I would have to pay the current day's rate. I ignored them and contacted Ctrip's customer service directly. Customer service immediately confirmed my reservation was valid and had not been canceled. They asked me to wait while they communicated with the hotel. After nearly an hour of multi-party communication, the hotel finally agreed to let us continue our stay. Ctrip's customer service assured me that they would ensure we had accommodation and would cover any price difference, telling me to enjoy my stay. I was incredibly touched by Ctrip's efforts to resolve the issue for their customers. Although I couldn't understand much of their Uzbek language, I felt they were trying to temporarily raise the room price. Due to the language barrier, we had to rely on translation apps, so I pretended not to understand, which left them with no choice. After communication with the local general agent, they reluctantly let me stay at the original price. During my few days there, apart from this incident, all other locals and hotels were very hospitable and respected their agreements. Bukhara is a highly recommended travel destination with low costs and a rich historical and cultural heritage. Next time, I'll definitely choose to stay within the Old City for more convenience."

"We are grateful to the Modarixon for finding us rooms on the spot when we had to check out of an unsuitable hotel nearby. The staff were kind, helpful and competent. Rooms were very clean, spacious, well equipped with fridge and kettle in room. Good breakfast buffet. The hotel is located very near the historic center of Bukhara, with plenty of good restaurants, shopping and major attractions within easy walking distance. Only odd part was showers sprayed all over bathroom, but that was a minor drawback to an overall excellent hotel experience. A comfortable hotel with really nice staff."
