"We have never had such a negative experience with a hotel before. Unfortunately, we ended up leaving just 24 hours after checking in. A significant part of the garden was closed off due to construction work, which was a major letdown for us and especially for our children. The “dragon disco” – a favorite activity for them – wasn’t held in the park as advertised, but instead in the lobby, and only for a very short time. It felt like 1/10 of what was promised. In the evening, a sewage pipe burst in the basement near the playroom. It took an hour and a half before we were able to return to the ground floor without wading through water. To make matters worse, there was a very strong and unpleasant odor in the hallway in front of our room on the 4th floor. One positive: the bed was extremely comfortable (10/10). Overall, though, the conditions were not what we expected, and we could not stay longer."

Cold water in 2 out of 3 rooms 2 days Way too hot in 2x out 3 rooms even with the window open 2 out of 4 saunas were closed!! Not clean rooms (around windows) The shower heads are from the 80s This is not a 4-star hotel.. there are many other 4 star hotels in Bük which are indeed 4 star hotels. "
