"Great size room! Good bathroom supplies.Tea/coffee facilities,fridge in room and iron which was a bonus. My room view was of a construction crane in this occasion sea view not worth it. Good location, plenty shops/restaurants around. First night was horrible, people drunk banging on doors running up and down corridors, Xmas events were happening in the hotel. I thought St Paul’s bay would be quieter than St Julian’s, I was wrong. It is December I guess. Walls and ceilings thin, could hear everyone! I Didn’t get to use the pool, was filled with small kids each time I went. Spa was expensive compared to other hotels, I used a different hotel at half the price for more treatments instead. At breakfast tables were sectioned off by the windows with sea view and breakfast manager said it was for lunch “because lunch guests complained”. Doing this from 9.30am made no sense and was inconsiderate to breakfast guests. Breakfast was excellent. Good selection and tasty. Reception staff friendly. Pretty Xmas displays throughout hotel. Would I stay again, no."

"This is just a shame, and a scam. Never book this hôtel, or you will get disrespected and financially abused. The quality is very low and they will make you pay for everything even for AC. They will as well ask you for extra money as soon as you need them to fix something wrong. Run away from them they are definitely not serious"

"The Seaview Hotel, is fantastic the staff are very welcoming from the minute you enter and can't do enough for you. We had bed & breakfast Donna was one of the staff who looked after us at breakfast, she was very polite brilliant at her job nothing was to much trouble for her or the other staff. The cleaning staff do an amazing job keeping to Hotel up to great standards rooms are cleaned when you want towels changed, they also check the rooms daily. It was our first time here and we would definitely recommend it to others. I also had a massage while I was staying here which was amazing thank you for making our holiday stay perfect 🥰"

"The Topaz hotel is ok for the price they charge, it definitely isn’t 5 stars but it does the job, could definitely do with an upgrade in most areas, but it was clean, and in a good location, also the staff were friendly, I stayed in a family room on the second floor, it was very nice. "Hotellet er meget rart. Nyrenoverede bygninger. Tjenesten er fantastisk, altid velkommen og meget rart undtagen ved poolen på øverste dæk, hvor vi brugte jacuzzien (gratis), men den var udpeget til andre gæster, selvom der var andre gratis jacuzzier. Alt andet er fint, især front office, floor manager og housekeeping. Desværre lavede Trip.com en forkert reservation på hotellet. Ifølge Trip.com får vi havudsigt, men når vi booker hotel får vi landudsigt. Heldigvis var hotellet meget rart, og værelset blev ændret."

"First the good hotel clean ,room was clean good size good air con staff all pleasant.now the bad we went as a late booking for my birthday hot food is not hot cold food is not cold its all warm.ai drinks are very limited. But our main gripe is the way the hotel rents areas out to local people areas that a paying guest would expect to get use of ie Small outdoor pool 3 of the 5 days we were there it was used by noisy children for birthday parties so guests could not have use of it.rooftop bar 2 of the 5 nights again no access due to locals using it's more like a community centre should have separate function rooms would not return if I was paid to."

"The room was extremely small. The toilet facilities were very unclean and unhygienic. After showering, water would leak into the room. I will upload photos to show you — there was a strong smell of mold. The bathroom was tiny, had no lock, and the toilet was wobbly — you couldn’t even sit on it properly as it kept moving. The room itself was far too small for two people; we couldn’t even unpack due to the lack of space. The pillows were dirty, and room service only operated strictly at 9 AM — not afterward. Honestly, it felt more like a hole than a guest house. It was a terrible experience that I wouldn’t wish on anyone. Considering the price, it was very expensive for what we received. The staff were also very rude, and my key stopped working on the second day of my stay."
