"We have just got home from an amazing stay at the 5 star Vissi_D_Arte hotel. We booked a 4 night trip to celebrate a friends 50th birthday and we were totally spoilt for the entire time. From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty and nothing was ever too much. The staff were waiting for us outside the hotel when we arrived, they would stand up when we walked into the room and they would escort us to the swimming pool, local restaurants and the port to ensure we didn't get lost. Each and every member of staff were attentive, friendly and engaging. (We will miss our chats with the very charming Peter at breakfast) The rooms and suites were extremely clean, bright and very tastefully decorated with stunning views over the Adriatic sea. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in and we all enjoyed the delicious complementary fruits and treats that were left in our room each evening. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the middle of Budva and just a few minutes stroll into the old town. I would like to particularly thank Jovan, who for weeks before we arrived at the hotel had been recommending restaurants, beach clubs, boats trip and organising all our reservations and transport to perfection. He helped to bypass hotel check in by taking our details a few days before and organised a welcome party for the birthday girl by filling our suite with balloons, flowers, canapes, cake and champagne. He kept in constant contact with us while we were there to ensure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as special as we hoped. I can not recommend the hotel enough and I would like to thank everyone for all their efforts in making our stay an extremely memorable one. Laura x"

"The hotel is great in all respects, but the breakfast is a bit disappointing, not up to its level, an omission of the administration or stupid savings. The hotel itself is excellent, the rooms are awesome, the location for pedestrians is average (you will have to walk a lot), we were on wheels, so it was good for us, the town is small, like the rest of Montenegro. There are many shops and cafes nearby. A separate song is Petrovac and one of the cafes on the embankment. This is brutal, we haven't eaten such delicious food for a long time: shashlik with a light aroma of second freshness (or third), chicken breast is reheated (fried twice), in the Mešano dish there is meat (a large meat dish), in addition to what was described there is also a Pleskovica cutlet cut into large pieces, the dorado is oversalted, the only good thing was the Greek salad, a 3 with a plus. In a few days I ate enough of these Pleskovica for the rest of my life, probably. I got the impression that Montenegrins don't give a damn about anything. The places are beautiful, the nature, the ancient architecture, but they don’t reach a more or less normal level, there are no good managers, it’s a “collective farm” level."

"A Very nice aparthotel, nice staff and the apartament was very cosy and clean. The location is great- a 6 minute walk to old town. And What I liked most was the caffe Shop downstairs - very good coffe and croissants and the cocktails we drank in the evening were perfect!"

"My impressions of the hotel are mixed. On the one hand, it's new, located near the sea, and has an indoor and outdoor pool, several saunas, and a spa complex. Access to the pools and saunas is free for hotel guests. The food in the restaurant was excellent (we booked half board). On the downside: the room cleaning leaves much to be desired (they don't sweep the floors, and sometimes don't empty the trash bins). During our 8-day stay, the linens weren't changed even once. When we checked in, the refrigerator and safe weren't working; however, they replaced the refrigerator and fixed the safe after we contacted them. The hotel was completely full, with only one open, and it was constantly occupied. During dinner, the restaurant was so crowded that it was difficult (sometimes practically impossible) to find a free table. The dinner hours, from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM, are too short for the number of people visiting the restaurant."

"This is a beautiful new hotel with spacious, fresh rooms and a wonderful, hearty breakfast. Our room had a large balcony, but no clothes dryer or sun loungers (other floors had these on their balconies). Plus, the bathroom door had no lock or handle at all, just a hole in the wood, which really detracted from the room's impression. Also, the shower didn't have a glass door to prevent water from splashing onto the rest of the bathroom floor (though hinges for a door were present). It felt like the room was unfinished and they decided to rent it out anyway. Otherwise, everything else was great: there's a supermarket and a restaurant downstairs, and it's not far from the sea. I'd happily stay here again (hoping they fix the unfinished issues)."

"The room is very comfortable, clean and quiet. The facilities are complete, the bed is very comfortable, it is raining outside, and the air conditioner in the house is very warm. The staff is very enthusiastic, and the attitude and service are very considerate. The hotel's breakfast is also very rich, especially the bread and grilled sausages, and the fried eggs are very delicious. The transportation is convenient, the hotel is not far from the beach, and it is a 10-minute walk from the old town of Budva. In particular, the balcony of the room can see the charming Adriatic Sea and the misty Montenegro🇲🇪. I will consider staying here next time I travel! Great!"
