"The hotel was quite cold for the two weeks of my stay due to a technical issue. Unfortunately, the spa area—which was the main reason I chose this hotel—was also too cold to fully enjoy. The hotel itself is old, with dated furniture and very basic amenities, but everything was clean. There’s nothing particularly special about the place, however it offers decent value for the money."

"My experience here as AMAZING. 1. Location was perfect. Right across from the Opera House and there is a subway station entry right outside of the hotel 2. Facility: this is a newly built hotel (I think they only opened a year ago). Every thing is stylish and beautiful. Consistent with the W Hotels aesthetic. 3. Service: the staff was super friendly and thoughtful. We were celebrating our anniversary and they offered some chocolate and dessert in the room and when we dined there!! 4. They only have one restaurant there that serves Asian fusion at night and break in the morning. I would give it a 4 out of 5. Overall one of our favorites stays ever."
