"stayed in room 25, absolutely disgusting, room was like a sauna couldnt open the window due to road noise, brown stain on bed sheet, moldy stain on pillowcase, but the worst of it urine smell in room was horrendous,havent smelt anything like it asked to change but all rooms were full. will never stay here again. avoid at all costs."

"The hotel was nicely located with ample parking. We were allocated to a family room and looked forward to an enjoyable stay but with temperatures in the mid 30s the room was exceptionally hot. The hotel supplied a small 6” fan that could not keep a suitcase cool let alone a large room. A member of staff said that was the only available fan size and did not offer supplementary fans to help with the room temperature. Me and many guests would spend time in the car park at night because the rooms were unbearable. We checked out one day early and moved to the neighbouring Premier Inn where they had air-conditioning and much better rooms and bathrooms. We only paid £10 per night more than Travelodge for those essential extra comforts. I will definitely be using Premier Inn in the future."

"The hotel was amazing, very lovely decorated. I have stayed in a few Premier In’s which have all been lovely, but this one is definitely the best. The staff were all very lovely, but I must mention the chef in cooking the breakfast on both the Sat and Sun morning as he went above and beyond for my family of five. Sadly, I did not remember his name, but he was young with brown dark hair. On the Saturday we just made it in time for breakfast with 15mins to spare. The breakfast was all pretty much as it was busy with guests, but the chef kindly made us a cooked breakfast from scratch. The breakfast was delicious, I must add. The chef was very friendly and chatty. The following morning we had a cooked breakfast again which was just as delicious and the chef was even chattier and friendly, even though he was rushed off his feet. Top bloke, thank you from all of us."
