"We got there and our room smelled absolutely horrible like pet urine. We asked to get a new room and we were met with attitude. She told us all the rooms are pet rooms and that there was only one other room available. We took it and it smelled bad also but not as severe as the first room. When I tried to take a shower, the shower head sprayed everywhere but where it needed to resulting in a terrible shower and a soaking wet mess on the bathroom floor. The shower curtain was also installed inside out. The air conditioning produced such an awful noise that it kept us up in the night. The only reason we didn’t switch hotels was that we were exhausted after traveling over 15 hours. Very disappointing experience"

The rooms were clean, tidy, and fully equipped. The breakfast was incredibly generous, with a wide variety of delicious options. The service was also attentive. I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

"Overall, the stay was good, but the bathroom toilet, tub, floor, and walls were not to my liking. In fact, we went out and purchased cleaning supplies to try and clean up the bathroom. The towels were dull, dingy, and hard against my skin. I refused to use the wash cloth on my face. On a more positive note, the bed slept very well and we did get good rest each night. Oh, and the guests in the room next our room smoked ********* every night and the smell of it was very strong and steeped into our room. The exterior was very well manicured. The breakfast could have included eggs and sausages,etc. I do realize that this may be the reason that your rates are lower. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our overall stay in Savannah."
