"good accommodation, with good facilities, very nice and clean place, but our room had no hot water, we were informed that it was solar heating but the water that arrived was very cold, we asked for help in the reception but the attendant failed to solve the problem and did not give us an option either we were taking a freezer bath or we would try to find another establishment in the city. We had a couple of friends in another room where we had warm water, we had to ask to take a bath in their bathroom. But we were never questioned whether we could take a bathroom and our friends were not sought by the reception to apologize for the disturbance of having to open the room for other guests to take a bath. No additional explanation was provided. I don't indicate the establishment because it generated a very great stress and frustration, getting tired after a whole day walking in Inhontim Park and not to be able to take a relaxing bath, because we pay a more than just price for the day."
