"Stayed here for 3 nights as part of a trip to Phantasialand. It’s very easy to get to phantasialand from this hotel - a 5-8 minute walk to bruhl mitte station and the bus will take you straight there. The hotel was misleading - it was advertised to me as an apartment but wasn’t an apartment at all… it’s just an overpriced hotel. Reception didn’t speak English very well so be mindful. Check in was very straight forward on the machines though. Room was good, clean. However, the walls are paper thin. I could hear people next door going to the toilet! Thankfully they were not too loud. Overall - I would recommend somewhere cheaper."

"Nice small hotel with friendly staff. Parking isn’t free but 6 euros a night. I queried it for my motorbike and was shown a corner area where I wouldn’t have to pay which was appreciated. Room was a good size for a single and warm but had an air con unit which made a huge difference. Breakfast disappointing. Arrived an hour before it closed but no hot food or pastries left and not replenished. Close to the centre for evening meals etc."
