"Jeg anbefalede meget dette hotel, vi prøvede dette første gang i stedet for, hvor vi normalt ville blive på grund af prisforskellen, men wow vi var chokeret, hotelpersonalet især den fyr, der checkede os ind var så sød og professionel og venlig Værelset er meget rummeligt og komfortabelt seng, Aircon er fantastisk især med denne varme, op på niende etage, der er butikker inden for gåafstand også hvis der er brug for snacks eller drikke sent om natten. Vi ville blive her hver gang vi kommer til Bristol nu elsker dette sted intet at sige, at det var dårligt, da der ikke var noget dårligt!5 stjerner perfekt Tak så meget!"

"Avoid at all costs ,it’s not worth it, even if you don’t have many options. I can guarantee that anything else would be better than this. We booked this room through Trip.com, and upon arrival, we were told we had to pay £5 for parking ,despite there being a sign stating that parking is free for guests, but not for those who book through a third party company… The rooms were filthy and in terrible condition. They are in need of refurbishment. We asked to change rooms but were told the hotel was fully booked. One of the windows wouldn’t close, so we had to sleep with it open. That might have been bearable, except the hotel is right next to the M5, and the noise made it extremely difficult to sleep. The bathroom was dirty,the floor hadn’t been hoovered or mopped, and the shower floor was disgusting (thankfully, I had flip-flops). The toilet hadn’t even been flushed. The carpet was stained and unvacuumed. The walls were falling apart. I even found a dirty sock and used tissue in the room. The receptionist did offer to clean the toilet, but that doesn’t make up for the overall state of the place. The hotel listing shows a picture of a swimming pool, but there isn’t one. They also claim to have a gym ,where is it? All I saw was a tiny room with three cardio machines. I only stayed because I couldn’t find anywhere else at the last minute, and they refused to offer a refund or even a partial refund. They told Trip.com customer service that they were offering us free breakfast as compensation ,but they only called us at 9am to let us know, and breakfast ends at 10. I was asleep until 9:30 because I’d been kept up most of the night by the noise. Honestly, this was a total waste of money and a really bad experience."

"The hotel was perfectly situated across the road from the train station and within easy walking distance of the town centre. We were checked in by Amber, who was so friendly and welcoming. "First and last time staying at this joke of a hotel. When booking the room, I had asked for one at the very end of the corridor as I'm a light sleeper. I do however appreciate that this cannot always be accommodated. Upon check-in I was given an accessible room with an interconnecting door half way down the corridor. This is a room type I hadn't asked for. The young lady on reception was extremely rude, impolite and frankly abrasive and unprofessional. She claims that all accessible rooms are seen as standard rooms despite booking websites giving the option of accessible ones. I had a bad nights sleep due to constant footfall past the room and of course noise coming from the adjoining room through the interconnecting door which may as well have not been there. A word of warning for anyone booking a room at the weekend. Don't pay extra for the parking and leisure facilities package which was around an extra £20. It turns out that parking at weekends is free and use of the leisure facilities is around £5. This is not made clear on the website and is not only mercenary but somewhat dishonest. The location is not great with nowhere nearby within walking distance to get an evening meal unless you want to pay over the odds whilst sitting in the bar area which has music and TV sports volume turned up so loudly it is like being at a match or gig."
