Alpin Resort Hotel

"I chose this accommodation through Booking because the listing advertised a Deluxe room with a balcony and mountain view under the Hotel Alpin name. Although Casa Alpin was also mentioned, the way the offer was presented led me to believe that it shared the same standards and 4-star classification. Upon arrival, however, I discovered that I was actually staying at Casa Alpin, a 3-star building, which is something I believe should be communicated much more clearly. The room itself was clean and decent, but the main reason I chose this option was the balcony and the mountain view. In reality, the mountain view was only partial, while the dominant view overlooked an untidy area filled with waste and abandoned items. Even though I stayed for only one night, it was enough to repeatedly observe people throwing various objects and garbage into that area. In addition, there was an unpleasant smell both on the balcony and in the room, most likely coming from that direction. Another disappointing aspect was the balcony itself, which was not furnished with a table and chairs. When booking a Deluxe room with a balcony, one expects to be able to enjoy that space and the view, rather than having it exist only as a feature mentioned in the description. What disappointed me most was not the room itself, but the difference between the expectations created by the listing and the reality upon arrival. I believe that information regarding the building’s classification and the actual nature of the view should be presented much more clearly. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations, and I do not intend to return."

They were empathetic and helpful during my stay, but it’s clear they don’t know how to manage their staff. This experience forces me to give them the lowest rating. When I mentioned filing a police report, as this was a theft, they were completely indifferent. I will definitely file complaints everywhere. The stolen item was an expensive Killian perfume. I’d rather have an unmade bed than lose my belongings in my own room."
