"We stayed three nights at Piatra Mare and overall had a good experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and the breakfast was very good with plenty of options to choose from. The swimming pool was excellent — very warm and exactly what you need after a full day of skiing. We also booked a massage, which was fantastic; I highly recommend Michaela, who did a great job and it was one of the highlights of our stay. The location is great, just 10 minutes from the gondola and close to the main attractions. The only downside is that the rooms feel tired and could use some attention and refurbishment. I’m not particularly fussy, but guests with high expectations of a 4-star hotel might be disappointed. Overall, a pleasant stay with great amenities and service, but the rooms would benefit from some updates."

"Værelserne er meget smukke og især meget rene. Alt, hvad der er brug for, er til stede, og vi har følt os som familie godt ophøjet. Frugt er lille, men det er fint, at vi ville have ønsket at fylde det f.eks. rør og spejl. Når vi var der kort efter 09:00, var der desværre ikke mere, og det blev heller ikke mere bragt. Som udgangspunkt for at se byen bare top ."
