"Smuk mad, bestemt før bogen.Vi havde en opringning til at spørge før vores ankomst, som var værdsat.Maden, drikkevarerne og atmosfæren med andre rejsende gjorde opholdet.Uden at det ville have været 3 stjerner. Den vigtigste negative var det fattige badeværelse, bruseren var meget en trickle, tapet var så kraftfuldt det var meget støjende.Kunne gøre det med forseglende erstatning og trægulv ved siden af en åben bruser ville altid føre til vandskader!"

"As part of our cycle holiday along Hadrian’s Wall we stayed for one night in this beautiful bed and breakfast. We were warmly greeted by Dianne the owner who showed us the facility where we could store are bikes and recharge them. The building is really interesting with many of the original features kept yet it has a lovely warm feeling helped by the log burner which was very welcome after a cold day. Our room was spacious and bed very comfy. Breakfast the next morning was delicious, varied and plentiful. We loved our stay very much. Dianne was an exceptional host who had thought of everything. Highly recommend."
