"Due to stay three nights, first night very comfortable, but as others say no Wi-Fi and weak mobile signal, very limited parking have to park near church and walk down. Storm meant a power cut, so a miserable evening/night/morning, no lights, no heating and due to macerator toilet no bathroom facilities. No enquiries made as to our wellbeing or offers of any assistance. Made worse as at quarter past midnight people arrived in room above, we could hear clearly every word spoken and movement made including snoring and use of bathroom facilities! So we abandoned stay and left. Lot of money for one decent night."

"Exactly what you'd expect of a charming B&B in a small rural village. No red tape. Warm welcome from David & Emma (and Dotty, the friendly Cocker Spaniel). Nothing too much trouble. Very helpful with car charging. Short walk to The Crewe Arms for a quality pub meal. Comfortable room and excellent breakfast with nice touches such as local bread and honey. Every box ticked."
