"The hotel has a great location, walking distance to the train station and to the river. The room is big enough and the bathroom size is decent too. I booked a room with two twin beds. I might have selected 1 room and 1 guest instead of two guests when I booked it. The hotel decided I need to pay extra for the additional person plus additional city tax. They have plenty of rooms ready but when we tried to check in around 1:30, we were told no room was ready. The WiFi barely worked at all. I had to use my cell data."

Bellevue Rheinhotel

"I stayed at this hotel halfway down the Rhine from Mainz to Koblenz. It was a great choice. It is a long-established and very comfortable hotel. In addition to the elegant interior facilities, it has a sauna and a pool. The garden restaurant with a view of the Rhine is also very nice."

"After reading some of the reviews, I can only confirm that this hotel doesn`t manage Credit Cards very well. After making a reservation online I received a booking confirmation. Then went on a business trip. When I got back I had missed calls on my phone, tried to call back - wasn`t able to reach anybody. Wrote an E-Mail with (again) my credit card infos. All i received in return was a cancellation of the booking. If the matter is so urgent, I would expect to receive an E-Mail in order to clarify the matter, but apparently this is too much to ask. So if you book, have your mobile phone on you at all times, otherwise you`re out - thats "service" for you."

"I stayed there a while ago so i decided to revisit the hotel again i was dissapionted this time,at reception the person did not understand much english when i went into the resturant for my evening meal they were going to turn me away they said i had not booked i said i was not told about booking but they found me a table.The room was good and the bed comfortable. When i went to book out i had to wait as there was no person on reception."

"They were 50 hidden charges like €40 for breaking a coat hanger like buy one of temp for 15 cents and I have ptsd post traumatic soup disorder it tasted like the stuff soldiers would eat in ww1 like get a chef you donut. Was quite friendly though and good bed and breakfast."
