"My nightmare started the moment I booked this hotel! They repeatedly sent me online check-in requests. After filling it out twice, I got so annoyed I stopped responding. Finally, they sent a city tax request, asking me to pay online. Following Trip.com's advice, I ignored it. When I arrived at the hotel entrance, I called them, and a guy with an Eastern European accent rudely and arrogantly told me I hadn't checked in online. After I reprimanded him, he admitted he found my details! This clearly shows their management is problematic. What's absolutely unbearable is that the hotel starts kicking people out at 10 AM, forcing you to check out! This is completely unacceptable! I stayed on the ground floor facing the street, and it was incredibly noisy with constant traffic."
