Once we entered reception, I couldn't find my reservation, then she explained everything to us a bit, of course in Portuguese, which I understood poorly. Going up to the elevator it smelled stale, old, dirty... Once up in the hallway, to find our room it didn't have a number, the set of keys had a photo, and we had to look for our room with the photo. When I made the reservation, the bathroom said it was private, not that I had to go out of my room to the common hallway to access the bathroom. The bathroom looked like it was in a prison, the extractor fan didn't stop ringing, the bathroom trash can was rusty and broken. The room was a mess, the window didn't fit, the terrace was shared with the room next door, the blinds were broken, the TV remote didn't work, the two blankets were torn, as if they had been picked up from the street, it needed paint, the cushions were dirty, the lock was like a castle's, we had to put a sweatshirt on because you could see the inside through the lock, a mirror hanging on the door that fell when we closed the door, some hangers acting as a wardrobe, so to speak. I don't recommend it to anyone, no matter how cheap it is, it's better to pay a little more and be in a decent and clean place."
