Staying here allows you to immerse yourself in the magnificent beauty of Sailimu Lake while enjoying comfortable and well-appointed services. It's definitely worth staying at when visiting Sailimu Lake."

"Aside from the decor, everything else is just awful. First, there's no window at all. The supposedly windowless enclosure is essentially a fake window; opening it just reveals a wall. It's a bit self-deceptive, isn't it? However, the front desk deserves praise for helping me change rooms free of charge. Second, the shower water pressure is low, and the water is either too hot or too cold, with no middle ground. Adjusting the water temperature is like adjusting a microscope. If it were a cheap hotel costing around 100 yuan, it might be acceptable, but for a hotel over 200 yuan, this shower experience is simply unacceptable. Third, at 9:30 AM, someone was walking around the hallway scanning room keys, one by one. They scanned my key, slammed the door open with a bang, and thankfully, I had the inner lock on, so it wasn't fully opened. Then they slammed the door shut. I'm assuming it wasn't some malicious person causing trouble, but rather hotel cleaning staff checking rooms. But in this situation, can't they even do the most basic knocking? We were supposed to be resting after returning from our trip to Sayram Lake, and we were still catching up on sleep around 9 pm when someone pushed open and closed the door, waking us all up. My wife was terrified; her hair stood on end. It was so frustrating! Fourth, the room's walls were okay for soundproofing, but the door was terrible. You could hear everything clearly in the room, whether it was talking in the hallway or not. If you were loud in the room, it was like a live broadcast from the hallway. I seriously suspect the scores were inflated."

The hotel is located just behind the Old East Gate, and it's very convenient to drive to the New East Gate area for dining. After staying a few days, I no longer needed navigation to get to and from the lake for meals. Room: The duplex room had two bathrooms, one on each floor. The bedding was excellent, and I slept very comfortably with the two types of pillows provided. On the fourth floor, there's a platform that gets plenty of sunlight and is very quiet, offering lake views. The laundry room on the basement level had relatively new and clean ironing facilities. The hotel also has a campsite within the 'Dianjiangtai' area. I even borrowed the hotel's kettle to make coffee and watch the sunset by the lake, which was very satisfying. In July, during Xinjiang's peak season, hotels are fully booked. Many hotels priced between 1500-2000 on Ctrip often receive average reviews for their accommodation experience. This hotel was recommended by Ctrip's itinerary planner, Yan Yan, and I personally feel that the amenities are five-star+ with a great personalized butler service experience. The yogurt at the hotel breakfast was delicious!"

"It's rare for me to write a review, but I'm truly speechless. On the day of check-in, the room's hygiene was terrible. There was hair on the floor and dirty stains on the still-wet floor. After I contacted Trip.com, two staff members came to clean. During this process, I asked the staff if it hadn't been cleaned properly, but they didn't answer. No one from the hotel followed up with an apology that day either. I thought occasional oversight might be acceptable for a new hotel next to a scenic spot, so I couldn't be bothered to leave a good or bad review, thinking it was just how it was. But what was even more frustrating happened on the second day. When I returned from visiting Sayram Lake, I saw that the slippers were neatly arranged (though no new ones were provided) and the bed was made, so I thought the room had been cleaned. However, after I showered, I found that the trash in the sink hadn't been emptied, toiletries like toothbrushes hadn't been replenished, and the bottled water at the bar wasn't refilled. Is this your hotel's cleaning standard? Different room issues occurred on both days of my stay. I don't recall experiencing anything like this when I stayed at the Hilton in Urumqi. I'm speechless and exhausted. Housekeeping is a major issue for a hotel. If cleaning is so perfunctory and not done according to group standards, you can't justify it to your guests, and you certainly can't live up to the trust people place in you."
