Everything feels thoughtfully designed to create a luxurious and relaxing experience. But what makes Maxx Royal stand out from other luxury resorts is the exceptional level of service. The staff genuinely care about their guests and go above and beyond to make every moment enjoyable. No request feels too small, and any issue is handled with remarkable attention and efficiency. Their warmth, professionalism, and sincere desire to make guests happy create an atmosphere that is difficult to find elsewhere. We have been visiting Maxx Royal properties for years, and this time our assistants, Sema and Görkem, were the most attentive and helpful we have ever had. They were always available, proactive, and genuinely invested in making our holiday as enjoyable as possible. Their care and dedication transformed an already great vacation into a truly memorable one. A special thank you also goes to Onur by the pool, who looked after us throughout our stay. "We had a wonderful stay at the Bodrum Edition. The hotel is stunning, staff very helpful and accommodating. Only negatives were the food in the beach restaurant was quite bland / lacking in flavour. And I had a terrible massage in the spa - it actually involved having my forehead repeatedly pushed into the pillow and really hard pressing on my eye sockets. Quite bizarre and I’ve had headaches ever since. Makes me question the training / vetting process of staff. Complained to the spa manager but no response yet. Overall I would hugely recommend this hotel but next time I would stick to eating in the main restaurant (breakfast was great) and I would be cautious about taking a massage here."

"I would like to leave a review for Vogue Supreme Hotel Bodrum. Our stay left us with mixed feelings, as there were both great moments and clear downsides in terms of service.On the positive side, we really enjoyed the Candyland area! The animators there are wonderful, and the kids absolutely loved it. We would also like to commend the restaurant staff — it is clear that they work very hard and do their best.However, the hotel service definitely needs improvement. First of all, there were a lot of ants in our room. Secondly, when our own iron broke, we asked for a replacement. They provided one but took it away after just two days, even though we had two more days of vacation left. Thirdly, the reception staff forgot to give us towel cards. This caused terrible confusion: at some spots, towels were handed out freely, while at others, cards were strictly required.We give a big plus to Candyland and the restaurants, but the management should pay closer attention to room cleanliness and reception performance."
