"I was quite disappointed with my stay. First, the hotel advertised an indoor pool and hot tub (pictures below is from their website)that simply didn’t exist, which was misleading. Second, the check-in process was very slow because the trainee at the front desk was unsure of the procedures. It took more than five minutes just to check in, and they ended up giving me the wrong directions to my room, which meant I had to walk all around the hotel to find it. Third, even though I requested a quiet room away from the freeway, I was woken up multiple times at night by noises outside. In the morning, I found garbage bins knocked over and trash all over the parking lot. Finally, I requested a wake-up call at 6 a.m., and it never came. Overall, not a great experience."

Although they do not serve a breakfast, upon arrival you can help yourself to cold drinks, milk, cereal and snacks. You could go back as many times as you like. In the desert environment, it was pleasing to note that the air conditioning worked well."
