"The exterior is okay, but the interior is dated. It took ages for the hot water to come out for the shower. The air conditioning didn't work, and the room wasn't cleaned and is currently waiting for cleaning. There was no breakfast. The room was quite large. There was only coffee, no hot water."

"When I arrived I thought, "well this was a mistake, I wonder if it is still early enough to get my money back" I decided I was too tired from driving to deal with all that so figured I would stay for one night. I had come to Billings for the hot air balloon rally and the hotel was about a 10 minute walk from the event. The place is a little sketchy. It is an extended stay and there were some sketchy people staying there. For a place to sleep it wasn't that bad. I would never bring my family and certainly not any children. If you are looking for a cheap, clean place to lay your head it will work. If you are looking for a nice place to relax, maybe take a swim or a trip to the gym, this is not the place for you. It serves its purpose with no frills."
