On a positive note, the lady behind the counter was nice and helpful. Booked 2 rooms that ended up being quite far apart but she happily set us up with rooms next to each other. Price was too high for what you get. Would not stay here again."

"I stay at this hotel every time I'm in Billings for good reason. Donna, the night auditor, was fantastic and helped me adjust the dates of my stay due to the recent typhoon in Shenzhen. Grabbing breakfast at Stella's next door is always a treat, especially the cinnamon rolls. Rooms are clean with great amenities. They're pretty quiet and I never felt like my sleep was being disturbed. I'll 100% stay here again."
