"For a four star hotel, it left much to be desired. We couldn’t change the temperature of the AC, couldn’t reach the front desk or concierge on the phone, didn’t have any shower gel, shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom and didn’t have anyone helping us with bags. Besides the front desk checking us in quickly when we arrived, the central location and the beds being decently comfortable, there was nothing else about the experience that made it worth the money."

"This is an aparthotel, located next to the British Company, with subway access to the train and bus station, which is very convenient. There are many restaurants downstairs and nearby. There is a large supermarket on the 6th floor of the British Company where you can buy all kinds of food. This hotel does not have a front desk, but there is a 24-hour online front desk. The only drawback is that after booking, I did not receive any email notification on how to check in. So we went to the hotel entrance, rang the doorbell to connect to the hotel's online service, and sent us an email with the entrance code. Then you need to check in online, you can use the link in the email or there is a check in machine. To check in, you need to take a photo of the booker's ID and a selfie. Then you need to fill in the ID information of all residents. After checking in, you will receive your room number and password. "This hotel is one star hotel, rooms are not good at all, they always try to push the worst room to you unless you demand better room they don’t give to you. They don’t have too many good rooms, some rooms are without windows , staff are rude . I would not recommend this hotel. The price compare to the room type is very expensive. I stayed here for total of 5 days coming with one of the big tour company. Breakfast is not as good as I was thinking. Do not recommend"

"Excellent 4* hotel in the perfect location, 12 minutes walk from both Railway station and Intermodal Bus station. Big room, nice beds, all amenities like tv, aircon, kettle, frige and safe. Real bath and bidet in the bathroom. Looks little bit tired, but ok. The only problem was a plastic card room key with magnetic strip, which had been unmagnetized in my pocket several times with earphones case. Hotel has several bars/restoraunts, including one in the inner garden. And meeting areas for conferences."
