"The room pictures indicate that there is a balcony. I had to pay an additional $30 per day to get the room depicted in the descriptive pictures. They explained that they use generic pictures for many rooms. At best, it's careless; at worst, intentional. In any case, it is misleading. I never had a similar problem with my other bookings at trip.com. The elevator wasn't working for two days, and they didn't even bother to put up a sign. Overall, the hotel doesn't seem to care about its customers."

"The location is excellent, and you can easily walk to anywhere. The room wasn't very spacious, but it was clean, cute, and had a great atmosphere. The courtyard and lobby were also very charming, and I would have loved to sit there all day if I had the time. However, while there was shampoo, there was no conditioner, so I recommend bringing your own."
